I know this is an old post I’m responding to but…it was said that if you suck, then low tiers will probably beat you…which does not mean that if low tiers beat you, you suck. P->Q being true doesn’t mean Q->P is true, basic logic101

lol that vid was funny.to me low tier just have to work way harder then top. i play guy on a2 and hes not top yet i beat some top players tho but gota think on my toes since he doesnt have alot of priority. plus half the cast when they crouch his s.hp whiffs which also is a pain in the ass
Isn’t a tier read differently based on how balanced a game is?
I mean, I know the tier suggests which characters dominate better or worse compared to the rest of the cast. But a low tier character doesn’t mean they aren’t credible in different games, no?

correct sir, its not the same when we talk about a low tier in mvc2, a low tier in sf3 or a low tier in gg, depending on the game and its balancing issues the importance of the tiers have more or less weight
Some games being low tier is like a 5-10% disadvantage (VF5, GG, KOF98UM)
Some games it’s like 70-80% (many Capcom and SNK fighters)
Is Urien solid Low Tier in 2I? I know he’s slower than his 3S self but if used properly…I kinda feel he is Mid Tier.
