yeah tung fu rue is badassed in NGBC, hes quite weak in XI unfortunetly with his low range and not as good damage… hes got alot more range though… id say its a struggle for most characters in NGBC to fight tung, cept maybe kim hotaru and big… everyone else has some troubles fighting tung.
and i kinda proved that at FRX…

Those Wolvie vids were great.
keep in mind that most low tier teams that are successful either have top tier characters on them or have tron for the assist. there is definately some relatively untapped potential in several members of the cast, but in the long run everyone is still gonna get smacked by sentinel/aaa. better recognize.
