yeah u can punish mp and hp headbuts but:
Hp is easily punishable with kara uppercut both from standing and crouching block.
Mp is easily punishable with kara uppercut from standing block . And hard from crouching block

Sets of online matches vs a Viper on SRK. I whiffed some tus and tks here and there and he didn’t punish them, but other then that how can I improve guys?
hmm he could have easily punished your whiffed tu’s with an ultra set up…he was obviously not very good.
There could be many reasons why, but that’s not what I asked. lol. And the Viper boards are giving him advice to help him improve anyway. I just asked what can I improve on not what he could have done better.
hey man, I think you rocked it well. besides the whiffed tu’s there were some things I learned. I noticed you used the cr.mp into tu very well.
Looked like you missed linking some combo’s here and there and whiffed some TU, TK’s. The Viper was too aggressive and wasn’t picking his spots wisely which made him lose a great deal of health to tiger knees. Almost all of the damage the viper got on you were from crossup Burning Kicks and crossup Roundhouse setups. Maybe play against more good Vipers and learn when they’re crossups or not (which is hard to do I know, everyone gets F’d by these). Looked like you were either backdashing these at the wrong time or trying pressing a button.
Try to throw in some crossup tiger knees on Viper

ok i hate blankas. this is my friends and he rushs me down and just hops back and forth after he gets the knockdown. i can’t figure out a way to beat him. given i did whiff a lot in this match and could have been safer with my TU’s but other than that can i get some tips.

aznsk8ter111: In general you need to improve on your blockstrings. c.lp>c.mk is not a good blockstring, that’s 7 frames they are free to do what they want. c.lk>c.mk would be more acceptable since they’re 4 frames free, but it’s better to do tighter blockstrings like c.lk>c.mp etc. that’s 2 frames they’re free.
When you pressure someone who doesn’t have a reversal, just keep doing c.lk. This works wonders vs. blanka with no ex since he can’t reversal and just has to take it. Then mix up a grab and the overhead. With Blanka learn to be patient, and your ideal footsy or whiff move is c.mp, since it stuffs his balls and his stupid ground hop, and is an excellent move. It’s hard to shoryuken a blanka on reaction, so try to do st.rh. You seem to get hit by his ex balls too much. Play smarter with your fireballs, and only throw low weak fireballs, since it’s slow it can hit him out of slide etc., it’s the only one you need. If he ex balls you and you baited him, that’s a free c.mp you can hit him out of it with. I’ll show you a vid of how I took care of a top Blanka here in a tourney when I get em.

I only observed some of your first video, You seem to do moves that are super risky, its seem like you don’t have a plan…( random), you need to work on zone and spacing… You missed allot of basic combos…
@ 32 - you kara tiger knee… ( spacing)
@ 33 - you knock him down, you decide to throw a fireball… Why? ( You had a good opportunity to do damage… Mix up, throw, etc)
@ 43 - random uppercut, risky move since you dont have ex bar…
@ 52 - beginning of the match, you wasted ex bar for no apparent reason…
@1:11 - kara tiger knee/ maybe upper cut, ( i think you have a bad habit of trying to kara knee to pressure… )
You need to work on your defense, the viper use basic strings and trick and you fell for it… To improve in your game, you should learn how to zone and definitely work on spacing…( your spacing is putting your moves at risk). Hope this help…
man purple is boss. iono what you talking about. the alt looks really gay imo. btw i saw your vids and your quite the sagat player. any tips on getting out TU on a stick. im new to stick and the square gate kills my qcf moves esp. my ultras.
