Great option select alioune, but isn’t it for predicting backdashes, since you can easily be hit by a reversal move if you perform it? Not fool-proof like Ryu’s jab sweep OS, but it’s a great use.
Jab sweep isn’t fool proof. It will still lose to a good reversal.
After blocking the first jab, if no backdash occurs don’t they chain not allowing a reversal in between?
Some nice matches going on here with Sagat vs Akuma. The battles were set at Best of 5 but I’m only posting the matches that the Sagat won.

That has been the match since SF2:CE and it will ALWAYS be the match as long as both chars exist in a SF game. Get used to it.
OK so I’v been playing Sagat about 3 days consistently, but I’v been playing SF since vanilla release. So I have solid fundamentals and decent execution, I just have some questions about SSF4 Sagat and I will list them and number them so they are easy to answer for whoever is nice enough to answer them.

1.When Fei jumps over my fire ball at the beginning and my DP whiffs, could I have kara’d my DP and hit, and if so would i need to use hk kara or lk kara for that spacing?
2.Is there any specific blockstring that ends with a safe lk TK?
3.If you AA DP>FADC is it easier to dash back and ultra or forward?
4.How do you input your kara TS? I can do them but they are usually a fluke…
5.At the end reguardless if I hit my f+hk should I of mashed out ultra?

This is a vid against a guy who had almost 3000 PP, I mean you have to be at least decent to have that many PP. I realize I have more of a zoning Sagat than a rushdown, any tips on the rushdown? or in general?
