Saturday I wasn’t sure if I was scheduled for 10pm-4am or 11p-1am so I called they put me on hold…so I decided to go there myself and see,the manager bitched at me for not knowing,then I told her if yall would’ve stapled my schedule to my paycheck like always then I wouldn’t be here…then she goes come in at 7(mind u it was 5:30pm),im like alright.and just to piss her off for being bitchy I showed up 15 minutes late at 7
Then as soon as I go in this bitchy lesbo(this is another lesbo) who is alwaaaaaaaaaaays complainin about mcds how they do this that and the third and over work u catches a attitude and claims I was taking 2 hours to change the trash…i told her i got here at 10 i was on table for a hr and a half its 11:48 now,they told me to change all 5 trash bins,mop the floor,and clean the tables…so stfu.she went outside and puffed a cig after that.
Damn straight doc. Glad that at least one manager had your back. :tup: you might have to get the russian to adjust his attitude again if he still hasn’t learned to act right.

Personally, I say stick it out at McD’s until at least you get past the holidays. ONLY if you can be 100% sure that another place will hire you and that you can make it work at the new place, then jump ship. You know how things get around Christmas time. I don’t know much about warehouses, so I wouldn’t be able to advise at all on that. I would guess that the pay has to be better, but I’m betting it’ll probably suck more as well. Either way, good luck doc.

Warehouse logistics can be balls depending on the amount of experience you have. If you are certified to do stuff, nobody will ever talk down to you. Ever. But, good luck trying ride the forklift all day because every motherfucker in there is shooting for that spot. I knew somebody that got paid $15hr+ on the forklift all day, shit was like highway robbery compared to some of us at entry level (unloading trucks, stacking pallets…)
Warehouse managers are pretty fucked up in the head too. I really hated this one guy that I use to work with at the Warehouse, dude told me to shrink wrap a pallet a certain way but clearly didn’t know wtf he was doing. I did logistics for 3 fucking years and I have some chump who was just recently hired out of nowhere telling me how to shrink wrap? :lol:
I would also recommend you stay at McDs. Warehouse can cut you pretty fast–I had to get the fuck out of mine and I only did one month. I came back two months later to see some friends I met there and saw that the whole program had disbanded and people got laid off.
I wanna say fuck all these shitty paying jobs and go back to school if you haven’t earned a decent degree (fuck the 4-year deal, there are plenty of 1-year schools that’ll make you just as qualified, and are affordable)…

so when this nigga was trying to get out at 11 too beggin for a ride and shit,and me trying to keep biz with shorty low key,i was on some on the edge shit for the whole night,I’ve been wanting ONE ON ONE time with this chick for a MIN and wasnt going to let no one get in the way I made SURE the back was dirty so that nigga could stay there,shortie looks like ummmmmmmmm,shes up there with fuckin Sade.They told me to leave a hr early,so I came back at 11 to skoop shorty but i had to wait a lil then i bumped into the manager from earlier she goes

man i had the WORSE NIGHT EVER at MCDS…
I go into work at 5 o clock pm and they ask me to stay till 6 in the morning…so I did…but I had to deal with this bitch of a manager that works overnight.jesus christ man,my head still hurts from all her ratchet ass yelling.Then I had to do 10pm till 6 in the morning the next day.Mind u when I got off work the night before at 6 in the morning,i got 2 hours of sleep and woke up to my pops laid out on the floor in some excruciating pain,so I had to call 911 and get the ambulance,then rush to the hospital.I didn’t get ANY SLEEP at all,so I go in I tell the manager,shes like “well you should’ve called out then”
