Did you guys hear about the minor that acted as if he was going to run over a cop in DC? After the attempt, the kid was held in jail. Well after an hour of holding him in jail he was found in his cell dead due to stranglation. The camera that was pointed towards the cell was turned off before and after the incident. IIRC nothing happened because the victim is black and the officers are corrupt.
