No thanks. Start the game off with everybody but Lightning and sazh in a ship that gets blown up with body parts raining down. Then the game can begin with a grin on my face.

so i am farming cp, and perfumes in eden. i actually managed to kill an adammantortoise (sp?) without using the death spell. sny tips for the equipment that i should be using in order to kill them easier? using fang/lightning/hope.

I liked the battle footage that was released and I liked the look of the characters that you controlled. It looks promising.
so i was going to try and get the ultimate magic synthesized ability…until i realized that you need 4 magistral crests. took me 4 days to grind the money to be able to purchase one. looks like i’ll be trying to beat the raktavija x 2 without it. argh!!
There’s a method with Sazh that uses his blitz to do a lot of damage, but I never liked it. I was bringing those things down in around 1:45 like so:
Legs: Fang Sab, Light rav, Hope Syn,
Once guage hits 40% full or more, switch to Com, Rav, Rav and have Fang High Wind the leg to death.
Heal as needed with splashes of Combat Clinic and have a Sen Sen Sen Paradigm to avoid big damage.
Once the legs are down, Fang as Sab, the rest as Rav. Once the enemy has all of the debuffs on him, Switch to Com, Rav Rav. Right before the meter expires on stagger, High Wind.
This will take 2 reps until you have a few Ultimate Weapons. End game is easier with the weapon that gives Fang max damage output but limits her stagger building (doesn’t apply to her Sab abilities, so…it’s like cheating), Light should have the Ultimate weapon from the Lionheart chain as the instant stagger ability is too valuable, and Hope should have the high magic, no physical power weapon without exception.
If you really suck or want to go quicker. Start the fight with 3 Synergists, get full buff. Summon. Switch to Sab. Rip the thing apart with a quick stagger. DO NOT transform it, let the summon expire, then go to step 2 from above.
