That’s really depressing… Why would one of the fastest and most mobile characters have a slow ass :l:?
Why would he have the slowest c:h: in the game as well? That’s just how they made him. Sucks but I can find uses for this somehow. Honestly I think if spideys normals were any better hed be too good. Also I have a video idea

I noticed that c.L gets beat by A LOT of stuff but I wasn’t sure if it was because I was online or if that’s just how it is.
On another note, whats a good follow-up combo to L.Spider Sting/Bite? I catch tri-jumpers with this very often but have nothing really damaging to follow with.
I use Spidey, Storm/Task/Mag, Sent and usually follow with: c.H, S (Sent Drones), Web-throw (into drones), s.M, S.H, Web Throw, Maximum Spider.
Any other options that use no meter or give more damage?

It’s all screen dependent as you can get better combos when closer to the corner and better combos fighting out of the corner

That was actually one of my several projects that I was trying to work on before my focus switched over to making my combo video and college starting up again. If I get the chance to sit down with the game within the next couple days or on Monday before this free-to-enter tournament happens at UK’s student center (predicting I’ll get top 3 if I’m on my A-game, but my goal is top 2), I’ll post a combo up (or even upload it with my phone) that will be sufficient enough to use. BTW, I’m probably going to start popping X-Factor any time I manage to start a combo on Wolvie. If I manage to kill Logan while keeping Spidey alive, I generally have a strong chance of winning.
And, also, I’m trying to get Kajoq to bring his Flip to that silly Marvel tournament so we can get some matches recorded, and y’all will finally see my terrible Spidey. ;O

Yeah I’ve been comparing frame data and it’s not that it has bad startup, it’s the tremendously bad recovery. He shares the worst recovery out of all the non projectile normals in the game. At 37 frame recovery, it ties Hulk’s s. H and is 1 frame worse than hulk’s S. However, it’s not so much the recovery that gets me (since you can cancel it into specials or S), so much as the 7 active frames it has. It’s an ok whiff punisher, but it’s a terrible poke. It has great reach, but my footsie battles are usually won with web zip rather than his normals. I just hope your new video involves like a footsies guide or something for intermediate spidey players. Kara cr. H was good concept, I actually use it as a meaty attack for incoming character mixups in the same way that wolverine uses that ambiguous drill claw of his.

IMO Sick of combo videos TBH, rather see matches with these combos being pulled off.
I figured that much from your last post :lol: but in any case I only play online on the weekends at my friends house when he lets me due to the internet provided where I’m at being so slow. In any case enjoy it for what it is, a combo video.

nice combo vid xero. Since I play spidey/___/doom a lot I knew most of the stuff going on, but there was some cool Tron stuff in there.
Anyway in terms of practicality, Tron dhc to Doom should only take 2 bars to kill LOL but I appreciate the fanciness.
Thanks but yes phantasy I agree at MOST it should only take three on someone maybe like Thor. I had a lot more combos but those were too practical/boring but still working on this team some more. I had the most fun with the Tron combos but Doom is who I’m really working on right now.
watch marvel madness combo vid, trying to learn the coast to coast combos i learnt alot about what’s possible with doom.
