yeah, syria is about to get absolutely fucked up. The only reason the States hasn’t stepped in, is they still have to worry about how far Iran is willing to go before they too find out how well sand works vs the US military. Hint hint, ask Saddam how well it went.

I think the middle east and not the US is the empire that is going to fall. All these predictions about the US not retaining power and all good things coming to an end are about the Middle east.

There is no way the U.S is intervening in Syria, so long as Syria has major allies. At best this “uprising” will continue for a long time to come. I’d hate to imagine what would happen if Western powers do decided to put soldiers on the ground in Syria.

I remember playing Starcraft and if you look at the story closely, the way the Earth currently is, radical Islam are like the Zerg and I don’t see anyone stopping them.

I think its a “Three Kings” scenario. Gaddhafi was the world’s richest man at his death. Maybe Assad’s got an Uncle Scrooge vault somewhere. Russians getting to that shit first.

Rockefeller’s don’t have money like that anymore as it’s been dissipated through his descendants. Inflation adjusted the alst figure I saw for his current wealth was $200 billion. Just in modern terms, Carlos Slim being the richest man in the world. Gaddhafi just milked his country for money and had Swiss banks launder it for years.

At his death, I think he had about $200 billion in assets, which made him the richest single person on Earth.
