I wonder what would happen if the 99% of the world decided to not honour any current monetary values, and instead created their own. Then we could make the 1% dance for OUR fucking money.
anywho, just to show you how little the government gives two fucks about your privacy:
Currently a case being argued about whether or not police dogs are allowed to randomly investigate your house. They’re technically not police officers. Oh, and they’re trying to tie it to unmanned aerial vehicles. They’re not police officers either, so they can also fly over cities, and investigate any houses they choose to.

I mean, what else should the government do with all those UAV’s they built for the war they’re no longer fighting.
They fight over the “Holy Land”, which is dead and useless now. And if it ever was the ‘Holy Land’ it would never have died and become a barren desert.
Oh and as much as i hate all these crazy rednecks with guns around me, because of them and the lowlifes in the surrounding cities im glad there is a 2nd amendment.
Off topic but, will someone tell me what is wrong with drug testing people on public assistance (Not including section 8)? While I am all for weed smoking on your own dime, illegal drug use should not be paid for by the public. I also think that in the case of public assistance for parents, it should be the duty of the government to make sure that the children are in a safe environment. How can a drug user provide a safe environment for children when they can barely provide anything else for them without public assistance. I just don’t see how people get up in arms about government mandates for people who more or less constantly put their safety and well being in the hands of the government.
I think that people should be given a year to get clean and stay clean or give their children to family member who will also receive the benefits.
Bad things happen in wars, regardless of the war being “justified” or not. The actions of one insane person slipping through the cracks do not suddenly reflect the entire country. Yeah, it might not have happened if we didn’t send our troops there to begin with…but the sensible ones weren’t loud enough to prevent that from happening.
So i was at walmart today picking up some RXs,and the line got a little long. Of course im the youngest there and all of a sudden an elderly man and an older woman get behind me. total strangers start talking and bitching about how the line was too long since we were out in the aisle. the old man goes on and rants about how its “our” meaning them, fault for letting walmart falling to shit, and how it was better when old man walmart was running things. now everything in america is about greed and what not and damn the consequences. then they both expressed their fears about where the country was going and how they wish they were dead/or about to die so they wont see the downfall of america and how ugly its gonna get.
I really wanted to slap the shit out of both of them because its both of their generations fault america got shitty. This whole greediness thing is the heart of capitalism. if they werent so afraid of socialism, im sorry communism, things wouldnt have gotten this far. /rant
I am aware of this. But that’s where “justified” comes in. We seem to have been embroiled in a whole lot of questionably justified conflicts post-WWII, and shit like this happens. A lot.
It is not a mystery why many people around the world dislike us.
