Bro that fight was a slaughter. I hate to be this guy but look up the stats for that fight. I do agree though the cotto pacman fight was an even bigger slaughter statistically but like… just taking a look…(ill use the cotto fight as we’re declaring it a “slaughter” as a side by side comparison ahahahah)
Its easier just to do the fight summary at the bottom. There is a lot more power punches landed by pac in the cotto fight but Bradly landed less overall in most of the categories. The fight stats are FAIRLY similar actually except that basically cotto landed a bit more but also got hit way more.
Pep is from the 40’s and fought into the 60’s. Not the 20’s. I apparently don’t know who any of these guys are, a ridiculous assumption that’s based on nothing but your defensive nature in someone disagreeing with you. It’s not biased when I’ve actually watched the fights. I’m the one who claimed you haven’t watched the tape, and your retort is that I haven’t… You sure proved me wrong. It’s got nothing to do with names at all. It’s got everything to do with the skill set shown over time. Not only that Antonio BODIED Locche is their next bout. As for many wouldn’t be professionals in todays age… Load of horse shit. Most of those guys would do just as well today as they did back then. Boxing hasn’t changed. I don’t know “99%” of each fighters fights. What I do know, is that I have watched their biggest fights and have analyzed these men and their opposition at every opportunity.
For the bold, the guy who he shut out. Figured his ass out real quick the next time they fought. People figured him out. He’s not an enigma, he’s a great fighter who looks good on tape but I don’t think you can call him the best defensive fighter of all time.
Compubox is not something I use as a determining factor. They account for punches that look like they hit. Look is the key word because if anyone gets hit that many times they’re not staying up for 12 rounds. It was a dominant performance but not a slaughter.
Last thing you want to do is listen to fans of either fighter. IF we’re lucky, the full blown racism won’t rear it’s head until post fight. It’s probably already out there, though.
I’ve spent the past week compiling all the livestream sites and hoping one pf them pans out. Many of the sites seem to be scared to announce anything since HBO/Showtime have been on the warpath lately.
I need to find more Mexican sites since I know they’ll probably be solid.
