I am not really thinking about taking it as seriously as getting in the ring and actually fighting people but my gym has a bag and I have been thinking about learning some techniques and taking them to the bag as some good cardio. Any suggestions where I can start learning?
Start jumping rope every day. and the first thing you will learn is the jab. My coach had me practice the jab for a solid month before I could move up to the jab/straight. But we jumped rope for 7 rounds at the start of every practice.

see I was afraid someone was gonna suggest jump roping everyday. As much as I am interested in boxing, I am more interested in bodybuilding and all those calories jump roping will burn will mean I have to eat that much more and I don’t think I can eat any more than I currently do. I am only thinking about hitting the bag about once a week and learning proper form and technique while doing so.
Why not have the purse be 50/50. So if you win or lose. You still get 50% of the purse. This will truly show who is the best. Both can just go all out because they don’t have to be afraid of losing

Anybody with any logic would not deny that the money split is something no one would agree with. Floyd marks are complaining that Manny won’t accept the 35-40 million offer yet don’t complain when Floyd rejected the 100million he was getting on table. Floyd’s pay check is set and it can go higher why the fuck would he care as to how much Manny would make passed 40 million? They are not demanding for a higher % anyway so there really should be no problem with the whole Arum issue because again we all know that Floyd’s share will still be higher… yet for some reason an opponent having problems getting a bums share is something cowardice?

Neither fighter or promoter is taking a 50/50 here. Both sides think they’re the bigger draw, and the other side needs them more. The egos involved here are just massive, common sense shit like an even split will likely not work.
I don’t get why you are demanding a link of that since it has been generally known that 100million or more will be the amount that Floyd will earn from that fight. That is the offer. Mayweather for some reason has a problem with Pacquiao earning over 40 million while he will still be getting 100 (maybe even 200) million out of it regardless of how much Manny is going to get.
