Great episode.
Dont think Eli is going to survive this betrayal.
Gillian is out of the picture thanks to UNCLE JUUN (no idea what his name is in this show) and the Pinkertons.
I think chalky should die because where do they go with him from here?

I was pretty sure Chalky was doneski this last episode, but nope. If he dies this season I expect they’ll have him take the doctor out first.
Hahaha, hold that shit Gillian. That long con operation by the Office Space guy was too strong.
Eli is gonna get bodied. Fool me once, Eli. That baby-faced FBI agent is scary as hell.
You can’t blame the Eli, though. His son is about to be sent up shit creek. He doesn’t want to do this shit, either, unlike when he was trying his little coup de tat. He’ll probably either eat a bullet or kill himself. I don’t see them going after the agent, either way.
Win how? Taking out a federal agent? Hoover was known as a ruthless leader in the FBI, going so far as to get dirt on politicians and setting up secret groups. Nucky has some pull on Washington but not that much, especially after being forced out of office. And if that agent would have disappeared he would bring the hammer down on his entire bootlegging organization, legal or not.
This is mostly fiction, I know, but it’s hard to get out of that paradigm in a believable manner. That’s why not being able to tell Nucky is his best course of action, but he’s going to die because of it. They’re going to have to come up with something hella amazing for me to swallow it if they take out the agent.
Thought Gilian would jump off the staircase but she just ran down it, not even a stumble smh, ruined the entire episode for me.
Gillian finally getting her just desserts. I didn’t pity her in the least. It’s funny how the P.I. first tried to save her with the rejection and then relented and went through the entire rouse.
I hope Chalky doesn’t do anything too rash since he’s still under the misunderstanding that Nucky set him up. That would be a really sad way to kill him off.
Eli’s days are numbered. It’s a sad state of affairs but I don’t see any way out for the guy. Even with the son’s father issues, I don’t think he could forgive Nucky if he’s complicit in his father’s murder. The son is a dumbass though. He’s basically James Darmody 2.0; following a self-destructive path based on a bad decision he can’t forgive himself over.
Damn all yall got eli getting bodied… i got chalky living. cause if he made it this far an get outs like omar then damn a let down in a sense imo.
dyin lauging at:
swear i was expecting that leap also but that struggle unleash me im a white woman tussle was classic lmao oh well she made her peace.
I dunno if I see Eli biting the dust, really. Well, at least by Nucky’s hands. I don’t see Nucky having it, uh, in him to off his own brother, even despite all the shit Eli gave him.
I also don’t see that little bastard Knox being the one to take Eli out either. I mean, Knox seems like a pretty scary dude, but we’ve only really seen him when he’s in control. As soon as his hold over Eli lifts for a second I see Eli doing him in, and not the other way around.
But hey what do I know. All I know is I cannot wait to see what goes down on Sunday!
Well damn.
This season was a bloodbath.
Shit. That ending. I also didn’t know it would be [details=Spoiler]Chaulky’s daughter[/details] who’d end up dead. That was her, right?
I need to know how the fuck [details=Spoiler]Harrow[/details] died. Was it suicide or did he get got?
Nah they got him.
They’ve exhausted every story. Capone is finally in power. Can’t see the show going past next season.
Wait what I want to know is
1.[details=Spoiler] Why did Agent Nelson pick up Eli? [/details]
2.[details=Spoiler] So Capone ordered the hit on Torrio right? Did torrio know? [/details]
Damn guess this show is winding down now. Capone still needs to own the whole of Chicago so there’s that.
Glad that agent finally got his just desserts.
You could see Doc die a little inside when he had to say Sir to Hoover.
R.I.P Harrow. Eli has something like 5 lives left lol.
he may end up working and being taken care of by capone an them since thats his friends “out west”
IF…IF they are going by the books then no neither took a hit out on each other. Chi was up for grabs amongst like 3-4 different families after the obrian guy got off’d. i hated they insinuated that but i think the hospital scene let it be known that regardless torrio is from the old school and not built for what those kids are doing nowadays
smh at the convenience of arthritis in the restaurant!! you would of swore he was making those famous mile long sniper shots smh… i see how he got shot now.
chalky will come back. i think his pride/power is broken so its now simply to get revenge.
So I take it next year
Capone eliminates the remaining families in the chi
Rothstein dies… his insider trading will only go so far
myer an lucky off the hand an begin their own

Wait what I want to know is
1.[details=Spoiler] Why did Agent Nelson pick up Eli? [/details]
Agent Nelson works for Capone now he’s a certified hitter. And since Chicago and AC got a good thing (Capone did help nucky and eli fight off Joe last season) it’s a good place to stash Eli.
So Jimmy’s mom is FINALLY DONE!
~So did anyone else know as soon as Harrow hugged lil tommy he was fuckin done?
~Capone obviously set up the hit on Torrio and Torrio knew it so he figured it was time to just let it go.
~shame bout chaulky’s daughter lol
~was this the final episode?
~Nucky is still a bitch for not puttin a bullet in Eli I mean come on…,.,
I thought it was the hand injury he sustained in the shed when those two guys jumped him at his sister’s house.
Yeah, last ep was the season finale. I liked this season more than the last one just b/c they got rid of the marriage issues. It just felt a little slow because they had to wrap up loose ends from S3.
-The actors who play Gillian and Harrow are great, but I’m glad they were killed off. The show was spreading itself too thin trying to cover their stories.
-I thought Capone might have set up the Torrio, but that seems a bit too cold blooded. A quick internet search makes no mention of Capone attempting a coup in real life, so I don’t know if the writers are just taking liberties here or what.
-I’m glad Chalky survived this season, but disappointed at the quick resolution with Nucky. I felt more should have been said between them.
-I understand Nucky not killing his own brother, but I thought he might die as a martyr or something. Next season I guess. His son walking in to save him felt really random.
From Wikipedia on Johnny Torrio
Assassination attempt[edit]
On Saturday, January 24, 1925, in retaliation for the O’Banion assassination, North Siders Hymie Weiss, Vincent Drucci, and Bugs Moran attacked Torrio as he was returning to his apartment at 7106 South Clyde Avenue from a shopping trip with Anna, his wife. A hail of gunfire from Weiss and Moran greeted Torrio’s car, shattering its glass. Torrio was struck in the jaw, lungs, groin, legs, and abdomen. Moran attempted to deliver the coup de grâce into Torrio’s skull, but ran out of ammunition. Drucci signaled that it was time to go, and the three North Siders left the scene. The severely wounded Torrio survived.
Handover to Capone[edit]
Torrio, having undergone emergency surgery, recovered slowly from the assassination attempt. Capone had men guarding Torrio around the clock to make sure his beloved mentor was safe. Throughout this entire ordeal, Torrio, observing the gangland principle of “omertà” (total silence), never mentioned the names of his assailants. After his release from the hospital, Torrio served a year in jail for Prohibition violations. Throughout his reign as boss of the Chicago mob, Torrio had witnessed the massive increase in violence within organized crime. The near-death experience frightened him badly, and combined with his prison sentence and the increasing difficulty in his work, it persuaded Torrio to retire while he was still alive.
In late 1925 Torrio moved to Italy, where he no longer dealt directly in mob business, with his wife and mother. He gave total control of the Outfit to Capone, saying as he left “It’s all yours Al. Me? I’m quitting’. It’s Europe for me.”
