Gotta say, the scene leading up to Sweetback…I mean, Bu…I mean, Dunn showing up at Daughter’s place really made me think Chalky was gonna bite it that past episode, and I gotta admit I was relieved with the actual outcome.
I agree with nikeSBstunna89, it was funny seeing Dunn thinking he had more power then he actually did. I don’t even think Narcisse even thought too highly of him really.

Miss Madeline, such a tragic figure. In some ways she’s like a less incestuous, less malevolent Gillian. Got wrapped up with an evil older man who stole her innocence and free will.
Speaking of tragic, it seems like Mr.Office Space might be a P.I. playing Gillian; the phone convo he had was quite telling. It explains him going missing for a while then conveniently showing up to “take care” of her while gathering intel on the murdered boy, who I suspect was of means. Gillian wanted to confess everything but held back, I really want to see how this turns out.
I hope Richard Harrow can do this last job and finally live the normal life he always wanted. But drama stories rarely go happily ever after…
Muel… er… Van Alden just wanted to feel like a man again, and in the process turned into a monster. I did like how he asserted himself over Swedish chick, she got hot when she saw all the bills. Van Alden’s days are now numbered though, he isn’t a historical character so he has no plot immunity, especially with him becoming unhinged.
Chalky’s wife, and by slight extension- his family pisses me off. It’s not like his wife didn’t know what he does for a living before they got hitched, and the older kids understand his dealings to a certain point. Chalky has shown that he’s always been Chalky, but his wife seeks always chastise him in front of his kids and reign him in. Chalky is no saint and has his own demons, but come on man…
I don’t know why she was carrying a shotty when she already had some giant bazookas custom fitted.

LOL Call me crazy but I like Mickey or at least the way everyone in the show seems to hate him and he gets on everyones nerves . One of the best lines in the series is when Eli gets out of jail, looks at Mickey, and is like “How the fuck are you still alive?”

This season is kind of a snoozer though. Doesnt feel like anything of significant consequence has happened or will… but the same could have been said about last season until the final few episodes.

Chalky has been through a lot with Nucky. Hell, Chalky even helped his ass out a few times. I can understand why Nucky would help him. He also doesn’t trust the doctor, me thinks. It’s better to have someone you know than someone you don’t.
