A raw 13th ep for Natsu no Arashi is up on ZOMGanime. Kinda thought that the series ended at 12 (especially with the big FIN at the end of the final dialogue) but whatever. Can’t complain about more Arashi-san.

Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-Chan!! EP1:
I think this is brought to us by the same person responsible for Mahoromatic. I saw a trailer for this recently and it was redonkulus with the gratuitous T&A shots but looked funny. The first episode wasn’t as funny nor as gratuitous with the T&A. Could have really gone without the chicks pissing themselves.
Fullmetal Alchemist - Brotherhood EP 13:
They changed the VA for Greed and while it’s good doesn’t reek that bad ass that Unlimited Blade Works VA had. Fight scene was pretty nice in this episode and I think they skipped over a storyline to try to speed through the story. I guess we should be hitting some new footage soon.

Hajime no Ippo -New Challenger- EP 25

They skipped over a lot of the after math of the match, which is really disappointing since it showed a lot of character to Takamura. Instead we get more comedy bits that I could have gone without in this episode. I hope they do the aftermath in the last episode but it seems less likely as the preview looks like they are trying to cram in one last fight for Ippo.
I’m in the middle of rewatching Ippo Season 1 and I’m up to the point where Takamura becomes the middle weight champion and it’s kind of funny because he’s saying how being the national champ is just a stepping stone to becoming the world champ and then fast forward to the anime and he’s just become the world champ.[/details]
Hatsukoi Limited EP 12:
Fairly pleased with the ending and overall a pretty enjoyable show. Guess it’s my favorite romantic comedy of the season but there wasn’t much competing with it. It doesn’t really stack up against the best of the genre but not a bad watch.
K-ON EP13:
A nice character development episode but doesn’t really end off in a high note but I guess that’s fine since it was a special episode rather than the end of the series. Still really wished I had one spectacular performance that was on par with “God Knows!” which I just watched yesterday while going through my Haruhi DVDs.
Kurokami EP23:
Dear god this was a terrible series and the last episode was by far the worst last episode I’ve ever seen. It was a recap episode with an ending that just fucks over the characters despite trying to be somewhat fitting. It left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth and I can’t believe I wasted time watching the series.
Ristorante Paradiso EP12:
Although the major components of the story were built up throughout the series the ending felt forced to me. It was something the series to get around to at some point in time but it just saved it for the last episode so when those elements were addressed it felt unnatural to a certain degree. It was still a very well done series but I didn’t quite like the dynamic that Nicoletta brought to the series. Just something about her character I didn’t quite like given the rest of the character dynamic.
Basara EP 12:
Oichi got the fucking shaft in the series and she felt like a waste of a character when they could have done so much more. I tell you though it’s been so long since I’ve seen Norio Wakamoto go full out like that. It was quite satisfying to see Wakamoto ooze that bad assness that he’s so well known for.
Glad the series got green lighted for a second season because a lot of things were barely covered. It was unfortunate that the series was 12 episodes long as you can definitely tell a lot of things were forced/sped up due to time constraints. It’s not like they needed a lot of build up but something about the pacing felt odd.
Haruhi EP 13:
I guess this was the twist that someone mentioned about earlier so I guess the hate for EP 12 was unwarranted. Yuki’s character grows on me more and more and she’s starting to become my favorite of the cast though I say this after re-watching the series on DVD.
Umi Monogatari ~Anata ga Ite Kureta Koto~ EP 1:
I posted a site to multiple trailers for this show and the first episode was really different from what I was expecting. The show is gorgeous animation wise. The show is not as relaxing of a show as I thought it would be but I suspect it’ll probably go down that route within the next 2-3 episodes. Not sure what to think of the series just yet but I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode.
Utawarerumono OAV 1:
I could have sworn this story was done in the game but I don’t quite remember the events playing out this way. There were some scenes that seemed familiar but it’s been a while since I played the game. The production values were great and it was nice seeing the cast back together since Uta was 1 of my favorite fantasy war animes.

Since most of the animes are coming to an end (a lot of which I’m glad since I didn’t really get into many this season) I’m hoping that the new season will bring in some really sweet animes.
