Come on Mikey you should have man’d up after watching Grave of the Fireflies and Twin Spica. I didn’t find the ending to be emotional sad but I can’t really remember the ending that much.
Yakitate! Japan was good up until the end of the first major tournament. Once that was over the series went down hill from there, in my opinion. The ending to the manga was incredibly retarded and rushed. Those jokes the mangaka wrote about how the direction of the manga would end up as a Jojo parody of trains almost came true. The mangaka lost direction and ended the series prematurely and I don’t blame him as there is only so much you can do with the concept.
I finally got my electricity back yesterday so i need to catch up on both K-On and FMA: B. I have the last two episodes of both K-On and FMA:B to watch. I have K-On but still waiting on FMA:B to finish. Let you know what i think when I watch them
It’s funny I didn’t think of that but you’re right, about Asuna.
anywayz…
meh
[details=Spoiler]I don’t think it’s that simple. Shinmeiryu is something that(like he said) can cut specific substances, or states too apparently. Additionally, Negi knew NOTHING of his opponents abilities, whereas ALOT of people have seen him do his thing now.
I think had he known ahead of time it would be different. That and it’s not like Setsuna has ever used those attacks on Negi before so I think it’s understandable.[/details]
Plus, that guy was said to be on the same tier or possibly even above Fate. If it was Setsuna trying to fight Negi with a Double Magica Erebea she’d get destroyed on the spot.
[details=Spoiler]. Main character invincibility trumps all. He just had a surprise advantage. If Negi was “serious” he’d win. If negi was almost dead, he’d win. If he’d used up all of his magic, he’d win. If the battle continued, and it was actually Asuna who got hurt/injured, he could just activate v-ism berserker mode and win instantly.
As much as it pains me to say, Main character invincibility trumps even the power of yuri love. I mean, sure Setsuna could beat anyone( but Negi) if her ojou got hurt, but anyone who wasn’t a n00b would just use some dirty boxing and kidnap her. The only possible way for Setsuna to actually beat Negi is for negi to kill konoe, at which point she goes crazy and releases her pent up sexual frustrations which she realized will never be satisfied and kill him instantly with one of those dashing sword slices that cuts him into a million pieces without visibly drawing his sword. This would only happen if Negima is an elaborate prequel to “magical lesbian vagabond diaries” at which point the sobbing Setsuna somehow magically resurrects Konoe and they confess true love to each other and then go on mysterious and wacky adventures full of sword battles, Magic, full frontal nudity and the occasional guest appearance from a former classmates who have seemed to paired up into ambiguously gay cliques. IE, iincho/asuna rekindle their “friendship”, Nodoka Yue realize how much they have in common, Twincest with the ninja assist, the normal girls just get drunk together, Neet and Fatty feed off each others low self esteem, Eva gives chachamaru a magical penis, chao returns to the future where the entire population is female etc etc.
Really when you have a whole class of girls after one guy, and that guy is violently taken out of the picture, the whole thing just becomes a tinderbox for sick, but passionate love. Oh, and Kotaro would die of loneliness.

More or less a setup episode for the more action intensive episode 12. We get to see the introduction of Gallia’s Princess Cordelia, Jaeger acting like a pimp twice and Selvaria in a nice dress for the most part. Irene from earlier comes back with her inquisitive press style attitude once again. Not a bad episode by any means.
Gintama 114 was worth the watch seeing Hijikata wearing that mayonaise outfit and actually saying he’s Planet Mayo.
Next episode will be a new arc. Seems like it’ll a weird stranded island based one from the preview.
Also, looks like Eden of the East will not have one movie, but two. Interesting.
Sorry about that, I promise to clean that up once I get more paper towels.
Its a good show, it does what it’s supposed to well. Its not like Sekirei or something which is SUPPOSED to be about tits but is actually about girls who shoplift basketballs and hide them in their shirts.
