You’re comparing apples and oranges now. Hulk is intended to do ridiculous damage since he’s slow and suffers from instant overheads. It sucks to see Zero and Dante doing a DHC combo (excluding DHC trick) that does around 1.1mil, the same damage I do with a slow character. But… that’s Marvel.
I don’t think tight execution is an excuse to keep something in a game. The fighting game community has proven that for two decades.

People making the trip down here to Huntsville: If you need to take two cars, the drive is only around 1.5 hours. We start at the earliest at 5:30pm. I’m trying to work extra throughout the week to get to The DeeP comics store (where we meet) early/by 5pm. I will have two setups with me, and too many sticks.
I am willing to help pay some gas money if two cars are needed. Also, let me know if you were planning on staying for any part of the after DeeP stuff that’ll be going down at my house. I can grab some drinks and snacks.

I think Poongko will be okay unless he runs into Tokido, Infiltration or a good Viper. Plenty of people know what he’s doing… It is just so hard to deal with. It all just revolves around his shoryu being the best ever and him always having two bars… And the fact that Poongko just don’t give a fuck, and doesn’t drop shit. As with any tournament, its all brackets so I could see Tokido, Wolf and Gamerbee not getting top 8. Naps, Latif, Champ and BananaKen both have a good shot. Momochi is pretty much guaranteed to be top 8. Nobody in America is going to beat him outside of Latif or Wolf. I can only think of about 6 people going to Evo period that I think would give him a run for his money.

Daigo is in a really good place skill and characer wise right now, I really wouldn’t be surprised if he threepeats. But still its hard to pick a clear favorite.
