so I wanna be clear pad is only better because of dash cancels? Are the dash cancels like wave dashing where your canceling a dash into another dash or something different.
I got mk on 360 been playing on stick pretty well. Don’t wanna use pad really so I think I’ll just tough it out unless doing combos on stick becomes impossible which I dont it will I’ve had no problems so far.

You know what’s a fun game? Take 3 Excedrin PMs and see if you can whack off before you fall asleep. You always win, that’s the best part.
Movement is just better on pad for the game. Dash cancelling continues juggles. Less work and less strenuous with a pad. A lot of people here are having problems with them but they are fairly simple. Anytime you see someone do a pop-up, then juggle with 1, dash, 1, etc, those can be used as dash cancels but all you are doing is buffering the dash quickly. I am always dashing in that game to gain ground.
Original stick layout for MK is being confused as being “back” in this game. It is still 1234 Tekken based, punches at top, kicks at bottom. Referring to things as FP/BP will be confusing as combos are going to be denoted as 1234 still.
