THE STRAIN–
I’ve still been thinking about that Terrible Choice now since episode 3… and I’m curious where others stand on that issue-- would you accept a turn to vampirism, if it meant your genitals rot and fall off? I still need to see all of what the vamps can do in this story to make a fair decision… but it’s an interesting thing, because that’s obviously quite an unfortunate penalty to say the least. 
Even if the end result is that you become a decently powerful being like say, an “Original” from the Vampire Diaries/Originals universe (immortality, superhuman speed, strength, agility and senses as expected with being a vamp… along with supernatural healing, compulsion, and being nearly impossible to permanently kill)… it’s not such a clear choice anymore if that’s the sacrifice to be made.
*eh, yep… I’d go for it…but only if I got to be a decently powerful vampire as seen in other shows, games and movies. Obviously it’s not worth it if you turn out to be one of the low-level “fledgling” vampire chump.
lol, that Vampire that wears the suits seems like he lost a lot more than his junk, I’m wondering if that is how they will all look or if that is the result of a run in with one of the vampire hunters
the reliance on relationships is to be expected its mtv after all. they finally found a way to grab some of the cw bitches. also its this weird age of tv where nerdy shows are getting watched by non-nerdy people. its not like during buffys time where it was predominately supported by geeks. so one of the big ways to get these girls to watch is a heavy influx of relationship drama.
STRAIN– I think they just evolve that way, apparently… and “German Guy” has most likely been one for quite awhile. There’s different kinds of vamps, apparently… I’m assuming German Guy is a more sophisticated, evolved form.
DATING NAKED– I’m definitely on board with this show now… I must’ve caught a bad episode that was extra censored earlier, because it’s on now and they ARE showing the asses uncensored. Hell YES. Once you put some uncensored decent female ass on the screen, you definitely have my attention, regardless of whatever the show is about. There’s a dark-haired chubby girl from South Carolina on right now that’s looking nice, imo…the blonde on this episode is better overall though…but since the dark-haired girl probably has lower self-esteem due to weight issues… I’d be more inclined to pounce that one.
I’m surprised this show concept hasn’t been done before, at least that I know of.
*yeah this Aussie dude that was striking out on the other 2 dates… he definitely has this one in the bag…because she happens to be an asian girl. White men are the asian woman’s kryptonite…this is irrefutable fact.

Trying to remember the name of a scifi tv show (humans fighting an alien invasion on Earth) I saw a 2nd season trailer for (Fox, SYFY, don’t remember the channel. I was just passing through with a sandwich and a protein shake) 2 weeks ago…I thought the initial season 1 premise was stupid so I didn’t watch…but this trailer made it look like shit got real…and now I can’t even remember the name of the show.

Yes, thank you, guys! Uh, by the way…is it any good? I’ve been disappointed before with network scifi drama, like that one ABC show from a decade ago about alien fish-things taking people over. “Invasion”, I think.
It’s been a bit hit and miss. Not horrible, but it’s not great either.
I think they might wrap it up next season if it gets renewed again.
Hmmm…after I catch up on season 2 and 3 of Teen Wolf, I’ll give it the ol’ DL.
