Yeah nobody knows how to play tekken online. I only met like 2 people online who weren’t my friends who knew what they were doing. Now that the connection is better there still isn’t much reason to play cuz everyone sucks so hard.
That’s because you’re on XBL…
(No fanboy shit, but Tekken PSN outnumbers XBL).
i havent ran into a bruce on psn who couldnt do his best wall carry combo.
online is still pretty laggy for me outside of 5 bars, so i play one game every 20 minutes from searching.
I’d add you Jarekov, but unfortunately we are on opposite systems :x
get on that ps3 son:cybot:, what the hell are you doing playing fighters on dat 360?
its all good, my feng still needs alot of work.
It’s the same everywhere, even here in Asia (not the lag, but the waiting). I haven’t touched ranked in… since patch weekend because of this. They really need to patch it with a rematch option so you can keep playing the guys you have good connections with instead of waiting for them to show up on your search.
Player matches are good though. One room, 4 people, 4 bars for all, with chat running. Almost like being in the arcade. Almost.
I dont play anywhere but at a friends house that I met at Tekkenzaibatsu. He plays all the tournaments, then he comes back and I get the secrets.
I dont get any glory out of scrub beasting, I was just trying to make a few clips of some Chreddy pressure.
Strange. I can get matches that are playable on 3, a 5 connection is almost perfect. Footsies is still a bit slow, but its way better than nothing.
Add me: Yashodhara
So that was you playing a person in live vs mode? Who’s your friend I might know him.
No that was me playing online rankings. For some reason they only let you save ranked videos, so I have to have a bunch of matches then pick from the best ones.
You dont know my friend.
The majority of the time online is good, noticeable lag but nothing crazy. I usually have to spend 5-10 min in practice before and after playing online though. most people are trash but even scrubs are better then nothing imo. I have ran into a few damn good people, a DAMN good nina, and a couple of decent kings.
I’ll do more testing specifically with law. I know Lee’s out of the question because his knee whiffs on the low option of rlx.
I’m pretty sure you just have a few frames to connect to get the launch, I’ll just have to do some testing and figure out where you can get it in at. I did most of my testing with Lee initially since that’s the specific person you mentioned in your original post on the subject.
Lee’s knee hitbox is still pretty low. You can tag people with it in FDFA position. We’ll put up vids tomorrow night.
e1, at point blank he goes right over chreddy on the low launch option, he literally lands on the other side of em.
I know, I said Lee’s knee doesn’t launch that. But other hopkicks will. However I was just pointing out that Lee’s knee hitbox is still pretty low.
Really? I play about 20 matches a day and I’ll maybe find one person that isn’t a masher. I’ve only run into a handful of people the entire time I’ve played that can dash cancel. It’s funny when the mashers actually land a launcher and just watch you as you fall to the ground.
BTW Bruce has some pimp wall carries, he can carry wall to wall on the lightning level without a bound.
ure playing on 360 though:wgrin:
lol who neg bombed me? fucking weak sauce i had my rep right were i liked it… where it referenced vega
Join the TZ x360 ladder and you’ll find some players that are definitely not mashers on the x360 side of things…
so i played as baek for the first time in any tekken, and holy fuck.
hes got a nasty wall carry off of any one of his many juggles which is nice, hes got a bunch of quick good lows, he can space very well, and he can put out shit tons of damage.
plus his airthrow is teh sex
yay for tier list. high school popularity contest. who won?
