Dvljnkzm if you want to put a high school motif on the T6 tier list, the nominees for homecoming king are Steve, Bob, Lars and Law with Bruce as a potential runnerup. Top tier for this game isn’t really settled as yet, and it is generally accepted that gaps between all tiers are relatively small.
SK doesn’t have Bob in the A list anymore.
Of course, Baek is the man’s man.
Don’t you mean Miguel?
What’s more manly, a guy that uses a stance named after a pink bird, or a guy that uses a stance called SAVAGE?
So if Bob has been dropped from top tier in Korea, who has replaced him, also where is he rated currently in Japan?
Alisa.
Latest SK top tiers are listed on page 1. I think I was the one posted it?
Yeah Alisa is pretty dumb.
Man.
What do you get when your comp is a former TTT champion, BR tourney regulars, and a T6 Asian Champion?
6 hours of butthurt.
T_T
be grateful as fuck that you can get better with their help.
Oh I am believe me.
But I would be lying if I said that having a 1:7 win:loss ratio for 6 hours left me feeling wonderful.
Lol XL getting yourself some real tekken loving, lucky dog. So does anyone else think Lee and Bruce have the potential to break into top tier?
they both have very good wall carry games, up their with the best of them.
They both have very good lows, and decent options for oki… i think bruce can relaunch back rolls and lee can floor break if you choose to not quick roll.
Damage is pretty fucking mean on both of them 2, mainly because any launch or move that leaves you in bound is going to lead to the wall, and subsequent wall hits.
I think they both have some decent punishment… i know lee has some good shit in terms of damage even at 10 frames, bruce im not 100% sure on because ive never really played as him.
i would say you could make an argument that they should be top 10… i mean they are very solid characters with alot of upsides. i think they both could take up a spot in the top ten… with bruce being slightly ahead of lee. just because bruce can get you from one end of the stage to the other without even bounding you.
Bruce IS Top tier. He is arguably the best character in the game. The man has everything. His wall game is just retarded, along with his wall carry, his punishment, his crazy WD 50/50, His 50/50 d/f+1, his great lows, the most damaging Magic 4 in the game, his tracking is good too, his damage is insane, his Oki is great, and hell he’s got a SRK.
Don’t talk about a character you don’t understand. Lee is nothing compared to Bruce and why do people talk about 124 like it’s good? Very few moves in this game are -10 and why would you want to be a -2 with no momentum after a punishment? Lee’s 124 is terrible. I’d take a 25 damage i10 punisher with frames anyday. Lee’s punishment is terrible. Compare that to Bruces 143 which does 34 damage and is +1 (still not real momentum though because of the range) I don’t see how you can compare the two.
sleepy no offence but you have shown time and time again that you dont know what the fuck your talking about. your taking one line in what i was discussing with someone else and writing a fucking stupid paragraph response to something i didnt even fucking say. find in my post were i mentioned 1,2,4.
seriously dude shut the fuck up.
and if were talking about ten frame punishers that leave u in plus frames lee has 2,1 which leaves him at +6 for pressure. at 13 frames he has df.+1 which is +7 and d+2 which is also plus seven. or at 13 from crouch he has ws+1 which is +9
you make all these eat shit retarded arguments, seriously you sound retarded.
I used to think along the same way (that Lee couldn’t be that much of a threat). Until I played a Lee pro today.
Let’s put it this way - he stuck those kicks so far up my ass, my Lars was licking Lee’s musketeer boots.
IDK why you keep thinking punishment = gdlk in this game. Not disagreeing that Bruce is top tier, but you’re making it seem like other characters who can’t punish, suck, when they clearly don’t.
Hmm, I guess Lee’s true potential is only really on tap once he has a walled stage. His poking is good but his damage sans walls seems a little meh. I believe he does high 60s off df2/uf4 staple. His lows are decent chip tools but nothing outstanding like a high damage unseeable low. He is definitely beasty on any walled stage, he is the only character I know of that can consistently make the wall on urban warzone 1p side from start position with bound intact, with the possible exception of Bruce. Couple of vids to check if you haven’t seen them already.

your clearly a genius ahead of your time with this type of logic.
bob and steve clearly cant be top tier because they cant punish -16 moves… omfg your a genius bro.
why the hell would anyone listen to a thing you say.
rofl flame war! one of my favorite things about the net.
omfg lee can kill in one combo without walls…:karate: jesus christ thats mean.
