If anybody uses Hakan as an alt, or would like to understand the properties of his oil dive better as a means to counter it, you might be interested in this:

Wow Hakan is OP. Basically he can do that on your wakeup for free every single time and win?
It’s not free. You can back dash or use normals if your timing is fine. For some reason, mashing against the good oil dives doesn’t work that well. Plus, of course, ex reversals and for many characters, any normal reversal DP will beat it.
But, against Ryu, Sakura, T.Hawk, Dan, Adon and several others, at least their light reversals will get stuffed by the oil dive on wake-up, depending on the strength for some characters, e.g., Adon’s hk DP will beat the dive but not his lk DP. T.Hawk is particularly vulnerable. Only his ex dp will beat the “SS dive,” as we call it in the Hakan forum. Just back dash, ex dp or use a normal properly, and you’re good.

I used to believe the Hawk vs Yun matchup was an even 5/5, but this convinced me otherwise -
You can see that Hawk is clearly at a disadvantage in this matchup. It definitely is in Yun’s favor. Yet another hard matchup for Hawk 
I’m not convinced that that video shows anything of the sort. I think what that video shows is how damn good Momochi is.
