I thought this was a lame update, actually.
We’ve already seen this move in motion. A couple stills of it and giving it a lame name does not a good update make. So far the best updates have been Gooey Bomb and Samus.

what about the cracker launcher? it has to be up there just because of the name…honestly though, this site is more of a cocktease than anything. Everytime you think you’re finally going to get what you’ve been waiting for you get blue balls…or crates and barrells, call it what you want.
Honestly, I think these updates are pretty lame in general – at least for the most part. 90 % of these updates feature info you’re already familiar with from the trailers. I’d rather have more updates similar to the “Crates and Barrels” one simply because of the fact that it’s new information.

So, uh, when do you guys think we’ll start getting NEW character updates (i.e. BRAND NEW, in that they weren’t in Melee or in the trailers)? I’m guessing in a month or two (or three).
I don’t know if I should even care about these updates anymore. They’re starting to irritate me (I am very impatient, mind you). Tekken 6 is doing much better with their updates IMO, although some might think they’re spoiling too much.
Now THAT would be hilarious( the pants part)! I would personally prefer Ryu in Smash. Heck,Mewtwo’s shadowball is a blatant rip-off of Denjin! Hang on, weren’t there actual rumors of Ryu being in the game? For some reason I even vaguely remember rumors of The Rock being in there! :wonder:
Personally, I liked the update on Pit’s moves. We need that for the other new characters. Also, what was so great about the Samus update? It was just a few new screens of her.
That doesn’t mean that. It just means that your enemies can be trapped by the Tri-Force. As in, you can trap enemy number one or enemy number two. It’s like saying you can use a shoryuken on your enemies. Doesn’t mean you’re shoryukening more than one at once.
