That stage looks like an altered Battlefield in the shape of a plane. But the backgrounds are sexy.
Lylat Cruise! Oh shit son!!! Looks awesome. Hope that ship that you’re riding on is actually from an upcoming starfox game or something. It looks like complete and utter chaos in the backgrounds! Also makes me wonder if star wolf will make a special guest appearance like they did in melee.

Well this week in terms of updates has been pretty good! The weakest one probably being i suppose Link’s while the best one…gah…i really don’t know it’s like a 2 way tie for me between the lylat cruise and volt tackle from pikachu.

Hell Starfox as a series is motherfucking win.I can’t wait on the next game(Which could star Fox and Krystal’s son Marcus depending on if that ending was cannon).
How far do you think this game is done,because alot of this shit looks to be way past the developmental stage.
And I aslo am praying that this game has some kind of online mode.That would make the game even more broken.

thread went crazy for a little I see. New stage looks hot, updates this week have been a lot better than any other week as a whole…and since I’ve played very little melee (mainly smash 64) is fox cable broken in melee???

i guess im the only one who is dissapointed n seeing another stage with this basic layout. Dont get me wrong the background and everything is nice, but still the stage is just to similar to battlefield. 3 out of the past 4 stages have been like that and i hope thats not the ratio we are gonna have when the game comes out. I play ALOT of smash bros but i dont play it competitively and i look at it as more of a party game ( i enjoy playing it with 4 people rather than 1 on 1) so id rather have more unique stages then just the same layout altered slightly with different backdrops
i cant wait to see meta knights level and the castle level, those look like they’ll be a lil more intresting
Another stable standard stage? Overjoyed! So far there haven’t been any stage that was as poorly thought out as even Mute City. Really really nice stuff. Very nice background, I really hope the music is good. I have a feeling I am gonna be spending a lot of time on that stage.
Nothing wrong with the Honorbound infinite. It’s not completely broken or near it IMO. If you just change up your play style a bit most characters can avoid being grabbed by the Ice Climbers no problem. This being said though I’d still rather it not be in Brawl.
Smash took long to become competitive? I remember looking back on Melee tournament event that happened in 2001 and they had a 3 stock, no item standard standard. And I know for a fact that there were Smash 64 tournaments the year it came out with no items on. It didn’t take very long for Smash to get competitive.
Now that I think about it what do you all think about the Mario Kart looking level from the trailers?
