Rook’s sketch is the best man! 
Okay here’s my question how does Falcoon get all those fine ass lines even though he color’s his pics I know he has to sketch. Like Seba he painted his w/Photoshop and he still got those sketchy lines in his or did you live them in there? Can anybody answer this for me?

Usually people clean up their work. Either by using a new piece of paper and ink over them, or retouching them and erasing the sketchlines on a software. Personally I prefer to leave some of my sketchlines… but that’s because I’m lazy to clean them up.

I don’t think there’s a theme for the next fanart, so anything goes. The dateline is before the 7th issue i think. So that gives us around 1 and a half months (or less if u want to be safe).

great job everyone. i appreciate everyone’s enthusiam and i am glad to see that everyone likes everyone else’s work. its nice to appreciate the differences in each of our styles.
i guess we all understand that although the pics are very different, they all are equally as good at one level or another.

i need to start drawing everywhere i go…i always forget to bring a sketchbook when i leave to go somewhere, i don’t really think about it i guess

Thought I’d share what I did during a rather slow computer class.
I’m also wondering if there’s any easy reference sites out there, for general anatomy and stuff. Because mine sucks.
It’s just a sketch, but if you could point out where I did wrong, that would be super. I know Spidey’s right arm is all wacked up and I just gave up for Batman’s hands.
EDIT: I just realized I spelt “pass” wrong. …wow…that’s embarrassing.
You know something Dude, its funny you say that, anytime I walk into an art store I always have the urge to buy art supplies I dont need !! especially rough sketchbooks …- big or small sized, I must be at like 26 or 27 by now - character sketches, anatomy and figues- or even breakin it down to hand Gestures etc…damn sometimes I feel like Im in a"Phat" kid in a Candy store…:rolleyes:
I bought one of those clayish erasers and tried to erase some stuff with it… I thought it was horrible… And someone recommended me to use it to clean up my artwork… Pssh…
Try to buy one of those artbooks, magazines, Fighting game guides with lots of pics (usually Capcom ones), etc… It helps…

and your last pic…pleasant…very “cute”- Im not gonna say anymore cuz ill get myself into trouble here- but this last one made me smile:D …I cant put my finger on it …not to compare, but your style has that relaxed edge like the creator of “Akira” not nescessarily that particular anime, but his other works I dont know if you heard of them-“Roujin-Z” and “Memories”…those two were gorgeous animation, i defintely reccommend anyone check those two movies out- and looking at that last pic of yours definately made my day.

I saw the anime for Roujin-Z but that was a long time ago… I remember liking every detail and whatnot from that movie… I just love it when they have good direction and detail meshed together so well… I got the inspiration/idea for drawing the last pic after watching a certain old movie (1950’s)… As if you don’t know yet, I love watching old movies… They have lots of good stuff the current movies and TV shows copied/borrow ideas from… And I’m not kidding!
