I noticed the black case version after following the link for the FightStick V.S.

The Pro case looks a lot sharper in molded black!
Surprised nobody mentioned this in the FightStick V.S. threadâŚ
I guess they were all too busy complaining about the price increase (for the V.S. â $199 [ouch!]) and the fact that the V.S. link kit isnât bundled with those joysticks.

Im hoping for a possible second run of the red and white SFxT stick. I love the way they look but couldnt afford one at the time of their release. Plus they had two of my favorite characters on them.
any word on the PCB situation with the new release? (for PS3)
Not gonna happen any time soon⌠Markman said it was a limited release.
IF they do another red cab run it will be for a different game not SFxT.
The next FightStick Pro run is all-black which frankly looks better than red to many peopleâŚ
Just ordered my black âcrossâ pro⌠canât wait!
Opted for that over the V.S. because itâs cheaper but has the same parts and, frankly, I canât see myself connecting to another stick anytime soon, although itâs a very cool feature if you wanted to setup a custom cabinet.
Iâd like to get both sticks myself (VS and Pro) but lack of funds and other priorities make that unlikely any time soonâŚ
Plus, if I have to prioritize, I would probably get the Hori SC V joystick firstâŚ
The Pro IMHO has a sleeker-looking profile than the V.S. The thing I like about the V.S. is the hardier construction and ability to link up with another stick. What I donât care for on the V.S., however, are those shiny âbuckleyâ looking carriage bolts/screws on the ends. I wish they werenât so prominent⌠The V.S. also admittedly looks like the VSHG and a bunch of other squarish case joysticks.
Wouldnât stop me from getting it, though, if I had the funds. Iâd rather pay for two V.S. sticks than one Hori HRAP VLXâŚ
Some of the bolts are for removing the side âwingsâ to allow you to put two sticks together.
Iâm aware of that but the fact that they have that chrome appearance sticking out so starkly against the black doesnât look very good.
The vid that Hellfromabove put up in the V.S. thread revealed that the bolts can be used to hold art on the sides.

So uh from what Iâm reading is that the route to go in order to dual mod this is using a ChImpSMD PCB? Or is there other easier ways to go about this? D:
I finally got a shot of one of these at the weekend, before trying it I was very sceptical of the slant at the front but I am happy to say that the stick was very comfortable to use. It doesnât feel as bulky as the TE and for me this is a good thing. I hope to get my hands on one of these once the UK MadCatz store finally gets their stock in.
