Yeah, the Dolls didn’t get that muuch distinction in the game, but there is an official art of all 12 where they are Super Deformed - Big heads little bodies like Pocket Fighter - and all fan arts including Udon’s rendition of the Dolls come from that.

If you do not know the person, it is unfair to say what you said.
I know Stefan, met him a few times, and he is a totally cool guy. His love with Cammy is unparalleled, but that is his hobby and has nothing wrong with it.
I ask again and again to you guys to please respect others, mainly regarding the back up artists but also to other SF fans out there.
SF has a lot of cool characters, and each individual would probably prefer one over another. Its totally a personal choice and I wish not to see disrespect bashing about this here.
We are all here to appreciate what Capcom has made us!

The problem most of us have with Stefan is that he lies and makes stuff up. It was only a few days ago that I was denouncing that Cammy was not going to be in CFAS, something he said based on upcoming figurines! He also says things like nobody likes Ryu in Japan which is ludicrous. Ryu was second place in the Online SF Fan Poll under Chun-Li until he hacked the Poll and gave Cammy the number 2 spot. He hacked an Online Poll for christ’s sake. (too bad it was after six months of polling so no Cammy in CFE sucker!) And on top of all that, you can’t even contact him and inform him about the things he is dead wrong about because his website says ‘I can’t take E-Mails, I’m way to busy.’ Lots of us are Fanboys including myself, but we don’t run around telling lies or at the very least spreading uninformed truths and when we are wrong, we always allow ourselves to be corrected by others.
I don’t know Stefan personally, maybe he says hello, please and thank you five times in a row. But the stuff he does in the name of fandom is a diservice to our community and we have to spend time denouncing stuff he says by anyone who listens to anything on his site like Cammy being stronger than Chun-Li, Ryu not being a Capcom All Star, Cammy not being a clone (which is in the comic as well) and so on. This may be the wrong thread to speak ill of him, but I shed no tears for him when people do.

I’ve no real hatred for Stefan really.
Ripping on him for his obsessive love for Cammy is just fun. It’s like ripping on Bloofy (Bloody Youkai/Xion the Beast/Prince Cronos) for his love of trannies and Bloody Roar.
Just a running joke, that’s all. (And mostly on HerV anyway.)
Although Delta Red aren’t THAT interesting, their constant clashes with the Dolls make them worth the time spent. I’m just missing Juli… and PLEASE tell me you’re not saving her for T.Hawk later, especially when Noembelu has been established as the Latin American doll.
As for this issue, I liked the art throughout, except for the first few pictures of Blanka. He just looks too angular and strange, especially compared to the sleek uniforms of DR and the Dolls.
The brief scenes with Noembelu and Decapre helped give them character, that’s nice. They also look REALLY hot… I need to find some spare Juli figures on Ebay and get kit-bashing.
The backup had an interesting story, even if the subject was rather over-used. No comment on the art.
All the Dolls and their respective personal weapons (but not the standardized various firearms they use in the comic with the exception of Fevrier’s pistol) come from a really cartoony artwork piece that’s the only known official artwork of the Dolls. At least… all clues and indications and sources say it’s official, although I still wonder where it was originally founded. At any rate, the exception to this is Decapre’s claws. Decapre is not depicted as having claws in the artwork, but most Japanese fanartists draw her with claws. Whether they know something canon that I don’t or if they’re just doing conjecture because she has a mask like Vega, I don’t know.
Nothing much official is known about the majority of the specific Dolls, including Decapre, at all. The exceptions being their nationalities (including Decapre being stated to be Russian) and that Aprile has a brother named Maggio who went to see Rose about her and Noembelu was kidnapped from Thunder Hawk’s tribe.
10 out of the 12 Dolls show up in Juli and Juni’s battle intro when you fight J&J as a boss battle. There, the majority of their accessories and weapons as depicted in that supposedly official artwork aren’t shown, but some are like Xiayu’s blue thingamabob in her hair and Noembelu’s feather headband. The two dolls who don’t show up in that intro are Jianyu/Yanyu and Enero.
The 12 Dolls besides Cammy were kidnapped from various countries. Cammy meanwhile is a clone made from a test tube. The 12 dolls were most likely kidnapped recently as of SFA3, given that Aprile’s brother went to see Rose only a short time before SFA3 started as well as other things. Oh, and they’re all 16.
…that should be enough info for now, I guess.

Wasn’t Cammy kidnapped by Bison and genetically altered the same way he was, giving her super strength, and not a clone? The technique they used that was perfected with Cammy would have been the genetic enhancement, not cloning. Decapre might not be a clone either as there’s no official story on her, they could be sisters for all we know. The games never said Cammy was a clone, they said Cammy had the same DNA as Bison, that’s why everyone thought she was a clone, but a clone of Bison would look like Bison.
There are fans of Cammy out here who aren’t Stefan, but who just want to find out she’s a real girl, not a clone as some fans have concluded.
I love these comics, but I want to see Cammy win one good fight against another Street Fighter, how about Vega!
And perhaps something a bit off topic, the pages in the back of the comic with fanart and collections and stuff are cool, what about a Street Fighter cosplay page where fans can send in photos of themselves dressed up, like me as Cammy! That’d be cool. In any case, I’m working on a drawing that I’ll send in too.

I can not hate a guy just for liking a character so no worries. I’m one of those people who still likes Ryu and some people spite blood just at the mention on him.
This whole Bison thing has struck me as really weird personally. Rose is said to be the man’s Good side of his soul. Which I didn’t really like but nothing I can do about that as its pretty clearly true. Cammy is a… whatever she’s meant to be of Bison. Bison at one point sounding like something in him or he was eternal. All very strange. Like… Capcom was making stuff up as each game came along or something.
But there is quite a few plot points through the games (and apprently things not even mentioned in the games that has happened) that just struck me as bad but… just go with it. Even IF Cammy is a clone/DNA-buddy of Bison, in the end Cammy is Cammy.
In the comic Cammy did ‘techically’ win the first round against Chun-li before doing a runner in a back story. Plus she’s managed to be in a few other back stories now - including beating up Vega already. Poor git. And she’s been getting a fair amount of outside action as well. She has better things to do rather then beating up Street Fighters, though I forsee Blanka getting punished in a backup story or flashback pretty soon.
And now you mentioned Cosplayers I forsee a swarm of photo’s of grown men dressed as Sakura and Karin…
I actually like Cammy too, she’s one of the reasons I bought Cannon Spike. Not more than Ryu or Chun-Li, but eh. No one will hate you for liking Cammy. But, if you start running around saying things like Cammy can defeat Dante of Devil May Cry however…

I imagine that Cammy being a clone comes from… well, Bison saying she’s a clone. Of course, there is the possibility that Bison is lying, and for a long time, I considered that and thought that Cammy was like the other Dolls and not cloned. But the more I thought about it, the more it didn’t seem right because that would mean that for the most part, Cammy was no different from the other Dolls, which just didn’t fit right. It wasn’t until I went through the game dialogue more thoroughly did I realize that Juli and Juni are NEVER referred to as clones by anyone whereas the term comes up all the time for Cammy, both from Vega and from Bison. If Cammy really were like all the other Dolls, they wouldn’t have made that special distinction. So… barring official statements, that was enough for me to realize all that clone stuff that Bison and Vega are spouting is most likely true and they aren’t lying. They wouldn’t have any reason to lie, anyways.

RIDICULOUS, cammy is only refered to as a clone by BISON, vega refers to her as guniea pig and that is all. that hardly validates bisons claim of her being a clone. bison is not known for being the most truthful further more by clone bison could simply have meant he injected his dna in or her or something similar. it makes no sense why bison would create a clone of himself in the form of a woman.

After Rose’s death, Chun-Li is SF’s strongest female. If you need a play by play on why Chun-Li is stronger than Cammy, reread my Post (second post) on this page. Put together by Saiki (the reason the SF Plot Guide Exists)who knows more about SF than your or I put together.
