Why is is sagat toptier in ae? He was high tier and all he got was slightly more damage on late dp which is a minor situational buff and st lk cancel.

st cancel got damaged changed so the actual first hit doesnt deal the shitty 10 damage it does in ssf

Wasn’t there a rumor that said six new characters? We already got four (twins, Oni, and Evil Ryu). Not to mention the MvC3 rumor list was spot on.

Maybe 2 more for console release, but it’s been said in another thread that’s E.Ryu, Oni, and the twims are all we’re gonna get. I think if there were more characters, they would have gotten unlocked before unlocking the two most dramatic characters in the game.

Yea, but they were the only two characters hinted to appear in the game after the twins. Also, Looking at all the leaks (including the XBL acheivements), there’s no evidence of any additional characters appearing in the game. I think maybe we’ll get some characters as DLC down the road.

So we got evil ryu and Oni…where do you guys think they’ll end up in tier lists from what we’re seen so far?

I feel like e.ryu might have top tier potential, but Oni looks really meh…unless there is REALLY something to be discovered (and not like hakan who is still ass 6 months after release) i can’t see him in the upper ranks.
