I noticed the rolling sobat thing in a lot of higher tier player Guile matches as well.

hmmm. those moves place guile in a position where the player feels confortable at. For example if you are wining and you have ground behind you, then back sobad is great to keep laming it out, once in a while you do a bazoka knee here and there to advance and recover a bit of ground but try not to get predictable because you can eat backfist. Guile vs Guile is all about who lames it more and who capitalizes on that simple mistake.

i believe i saw deiminion use it to meaty dhalsim. he mis-timed it though and got thrown. then again, that might not be what was happening there, im not a mind reader.
it does 130 dmg, but I cant seem to find a good use for it

Not sure myself but my guess is he was probably going for an Upside-Down Kick and messed up the inputā¦
Only thing I use it for at the moment is to anti-air Sumo Splash on its way down. The hitbox is a huge umbrella over guileās head. The problem is making sure you get cl.shk to come out rather than the step-kick.
Do you regularly use it as an anti-crossup move? I can kinda see the application but at the same time I wonder what situations are appropriate to try going for it instead of blockingā¦
Yea I think he goes for UDK on wakeup more than most Iāve seen, I am guessing that too. Anti cross-up would be GREAT if we can apply it, anyone take this into training against crossups? Thats Guiles main weakness IMO.
I donāt use it at all because I keep forgetting I have it and also because I donāt play Guile as much anymore. Close s.HK as crossup AA is old sauce actually, syngin has been trumpeting it since Vanilla and especially for the Honda splash like Ahgama said.
