SRK PW Rules and Info Thread

Seems legit, will play.

I need to reread the rules but I’m in if slots are open.

I just read the rules very closely. :nunchuck:

Please put me on the waiting list as a replacement if someone drops out before the game starts, since it looks like I’m #31

Well, if you’re in, I think the rules are a little more straightforward this time so that you can concentrate more on mindgames instead of reiterating them when you post this time. :coffee:

And actually you’re 32 if Fuzz’s friend ever shows up.

EDIT: 31, I’m counting by the amount of rows I have filled in my spreadsheet.

I have a feeling everyone will be reminding everyone of what is possible this time. Because there is a lot that is possible.

@RadicalFuzz: If your friend is not going to open an account in 6 hours, I am going to add WTF-Akuma-Hax in instead.

There are a lot of “creative” uses of the abilities in this particular format, which are impossible otherwise. You will soon learn in this game that sometimes, “more information” isn’t always “better.”

What exactly is a “character with roles”? If possible, I’d like to be

really him of all the chars.

i think i am going with the blue badger

Oui! That’s the kind of talk that could 'urt a girl! I must rub some of my oil all over my body before I become z’e nervous wreck!

A character with a role refers to the UC/dUC/Medic/Vigi, i.e. you can’t pick Franziska/Gumshoe/Maya/Godot. Locked you in for Jean Armstrong and sikwidit for Blue Badger. Also, Fuzz has dibs on Apollo Justice. Those are gonna be some interesting write-ups.

Also, everyone that hasn’t played a Phoenix Wright game before the mafia game starts is gonna be stuck with the most annoying characters I can find.

You sir are the best. Seriously people, if you have tried the game and did not get past the first trial on any of the games. Give the second trial a chance.

i remember when i first played the game thinkin the first trial was ok but nothing special(it is a tutorial after all) but that second mission usually opens you up and gives you something good.

i cant explain how i viewed the game after “reunion and turnabout”. it was like someone slapped me and was like shitjustgotreal.gifimagehere

If someone finishes all of the first AA game and doesn’t want to play the next one, they have no soul.

It’s not like we are going to know who they are. Soooooo bring it on

I’m strapped for cash, but I want to get a new hand held system and it’s probably going to be the 3DS whenever I do end up buying something.

And we will laugh as the elite and all knowing, jk.

However do pick up a 3DS, it is quite an amazing little system.
I am quite sure not knowing about the PW series is not going to be a big deal but for those of us that do know about the series and have finished the games we will probably get a little more entertainment and satisfaction out of the game.

For example, those of us who know the game could not have picked better characters than Gumshoe as the dumb detective and Godot as the vigilante as they are pretty much the most perfect characters for those roles.

I was going to say I don’t own a handheld, but I bought a pokemon black edition DS, and pokemon black was the only game I ever played on it. I’ll pick up an Ace Attorney game next time I’m by a gamestop

Get it used if you do(cartridges for the win). Also if you have a wii, you can get the whole trilogy as wii ware. They are 10 bucks a piece I believe. I enjoyed seeing the scenes quite a bit on the big screen. The only thing is you have to buy the last mission for the first game because it is a bonus or some shit, I forgot how many points the last mission was.

Only a buck. 100 Wii Points
