He had wandered upon Godot’s body the night before, as he went to his house to try to gather more information. He found him with his face eaten away.
So here he sat, holding the note he found on the first night.
At least she kept her promise this time, it read unceasingly.

“Court is now in session,” the judge announced. “Who would the prosecution like to call first?”
“The prosecution calls DarkGeneral to the stand.”
“DarkGeneral,” Edgeworth asked. “Is it true that you had served RECESSIONTIME at your club?”
“Yes,” Olga Orly replied. “I order coffee for him for 6 years.”
“I see,” Edgeworth mused. “And you are sure that you had no involvement with his death?”
“Yes, I could not kill him. I was at club all night.”
“Then would you mind testifying to the court about your whereabouts last night?”
Witness Testimony: My Alibi
“I was at club from time it open to time it close last night.”
“Several of regulars see me there, and I never leave last night.”
“Yes, I order Godot’s coffee, but I did nothing to coffee.”
“So it could not be me who kill him.”
“The prosecution also has a copy of her time slip where she manually wrote her shift hours last night.”
“Very interesting, so the witness was at the club the whole night…” the judge stated the obvious.

“Ms. Orly, do you have many Africans come through your club?”
“At club, you black until proven otherwise. Why you ask?”
“Have you seen any that you found to be particularly sickly?”
“Where are you driving at, Wright?” Edgeworth demanded.
“Godot’s autopsy showed that he came into contact with an aggressive strain of the Ebola virus. If the defendent had concentrated that into his coffee…”

“I have a note left at the scene of Maya Fey’s murder. Do you notice any similarity?”

“Yes,” Phoenix continued. “It is written in the same italicized handwriting. Which means…while you were not directly involved in any murder, you were certainly involved in both just the same.”
“Bailiff!” the judge demanded. “Please send her to the Bottomless Pit at once.”
