Actually while were talking about site functionality, MP keep an eye on thread activity around 3 am EST. Whenever vanilla has issues, that’s when people normally can’t post. So if you go on the GD index around then and the last post on te entirety of the site was 10 minutes ago or longer, assume that posting is currently impossible.

No since I does I did not follow last game although I plan to catchup and rectify that when I get time, I happened to get pretty busy soon after I died.
I plan on following this game through in real time though even…hell who are we kidding WHEN I get lynched 
We have a nice extension on day 1 so hopefully we can use this time to not pick a lynch target at random or hop on the first available wagon. Can’t tell if crusades is trying to be the Augustus of this game or actually trying to start a wagon on synonym but either way LULZ.
@ForgeDigger what do you say in response to the conventional wisdom that voting for wallflowers is a waste since they will be DQ’ed anyways especially since the new rule states missing 2 votes period, not consecutively?

both those quotes are from the same GLC post. I haven’t cast a vote yet, nor do I know who I will vote for yet. Some people are acting a little suspect, and I’ve never really been one to jump on the wallflower bandwagon.

I haven’t played in a few games, but anybody else feel it’s odd that Icege is actually…active? Could have swore he used to be one of the regular wallflowers.

Having no knowledge of what happened last game after my early death, I’d like to throw my 2 sense in and say lynching wallflowers in general especially on day 1 where there is no information to go on is a tempting choice because wallflowers are always the easy scapegoat.
With the new rule in place of missing 2 votes cumulative not consecutively I see wallflowers being taken care of quickly without us having to waste a vote…unless of course we are making a distinction between wallflower and inactive.
Chiming in on lunch to say auto lynching wallflower day 1 is bad because mafia can just avoid not posting to be safe. Lynch a wallflower day 3 and take the whole game into consideration not one phase
Then if mafia does post to avoid a lynch we have more to nail them on
@OZ as I stated earlier, blindly lynching WF’s is a nono. But the whole augment that the lynch results yield no info is moot simply because their no posting yields the exact same thing. I’m certain mafia is pushing for WF lynches and it really doesn’t matter right now. Once the dead weight is cleared we get a better grasp of what we’re up against.
There’s ways to find mafia in all scenarios too. Even in this cleansing phase.
So that begs the question do we expect mafia to be more active this game or hide in the flowers?
I would operate under the assumption they are active.
I’ve noticed something the past couple of games. The first newbie that “slips up” is getting my vote. None of this benefit of a doubt shit. The past 3 games this has happened and everytime they were mafia and they usually combined it with wallflowering in the process.
I’m looking out for that.

Normally I would say that hoping for a wallflower to DQ is unreliable, but the rule change might fix that. On another note, we should keep in mind that day 1 lynches usually are wrong anyway. Why not just trim the off the useless players while we’re at it?

I’ve only played one game with Ice this far so my input on this probably don’t amount to much but his inactivity until the end of the last game (according to him) was because of some irl stuff. After that he seemed more active but that could have been all due to catching some heat during that phase of the game? @Sovi3t
