SRK Mafia XVIII: Phoenix Wright - Back in Session -- Turnabout Icege (GAME OVER -- CIVILIANS WIN!)

And how does.everyone feel about @Synonym‌ dry snitching like that?

Is a risk and a reward imo, it all depends on how the vigi plays.
Lets not forget that a vigi can do as much harm as the mafia (talking from experience here :/)

As for the second part of your post @Vynce, i agree that the “reward” is not that great.
It is why i believe that it wasn’t a sacrifice.

** @Synonym‌ is guilty **

For the names I bolded in that post, I meant only that they specifically talked about why Dandyman died with a disregard for the idea that he could’ve been a sacrifice. It doesn’t completely reflect my suspicions; for example, I could make exceptions for TGG and crucades, as you both seem a little oblivious to the rules.

Oh I thought it did. Boo then.

Is there a context to this post?

I thought bolded matched your suspicions.

I still suspect you, don’t worry. c:

Hmm… the sudden whiff of roses has gotten stronger.

Lynch DarkGeneral

I actually didn’t concider that possibility @ForgeDigger. At least not this early.

in my defence, i still haven’t read rules/roles yet, lol

was saving that for during my night shifts these next few days.

it would have made more sense to sacrifice him as UC though, as others have pointed out.

Just caught up on the day 1 and night 1 writeup aftermath, was playing Smash 3DS before passing out last night so yeah I’m not sorry for not contributing can’t resist teh new Smash!

That being said holy shit, dandyman90 was the medic and gave it away and NONE of us saw it coming wow, in hindsight that was a poor oversight by all of us, then again chief and to a much lesser extent I did mention him right after his “I don’t know what to think yet it’s too early” post not sure if that means anything either way, just pointing it out.

I’m with Vynce (or maybe it’s guilt for leading the lynch train on him a few games ago) in that using sacrifice this early does nothing for mafia, they just caught on to his post before we did which in turn means mafia has at least a couple vets on their team who have graduated from:

PW in hindsight would you vote for AC again?

Ok so a question about Dandy being sacrificed. What would the mafia gain from sacrificing him as the medic instead of one of the ucs? If the real medic is killed or protects someone their ruse is revealed but on the other hand if they had sacrificed him as one of the ucs we won’t know that he was sacrificed until both of the real ucs are dead.

nulloz

Possibly. He needs to pay for being fucking retarded at the start of every game. I don’t see anywhere else that interests me.

I found it odd RT came in to make the 1 vote that could save him when last game he barely followed as is. Almost like he was being told what actions to take

DarkGeneral is GUILTY

@orochizoolander‌ Once again, you take credit for that lynch. Read through the God damn thread.

So those of you who keep asking why the medic:

Like I stated before, my reasoning is that it’s because it doesn’t make any sense that makes it viable. If the mafia did sacrifice Dandy as the medic, then no one would expect it. Just like what’s happening now. People are starting to think that Dandy must have been the medic because the mafia wouldn’t do something so stupid.

That’s just how I see it, anyway.

Except it doesn’t help at all. As Civs we never particularly rely on the Medic anyway (especially not since the LAST PW game). Our state of mind and our gameplan changes very little whether the Medic is around or not.

Giving up a Mafia member needs to make a huge impact over the course of the game. This does not do any such thing. This would lower their members one, gives us one less suspicious flower like player to have to waste a lynch on.

If this was a Sacrifice, it only hurts them for the reasons I stated plus another reason. It would show that the current Mafia are filled with a bunch of newbies. Even one veteran would know how ill-advised such a strategy would be.

So forge how does the mafia leverage that?
