So you’re suggesting we make the groups have roughly equal amounts of people in them?
I disagree about my interaction with Skizzz painting a target onto TGG. I asked him if he had anyone super trusted and he said yes. Didn’t say that I instantly trusted that person, or even Skizzz himself, just if he had one. Even if they somehow believed that TGG was that player why would that make him the night kill? And more than that how would they come to that conclusion in the first place?
I worked a 30 hour day so I’m not with it. Give me a day or so to collect my thoughts.
Only thing I don’t understand is why Willy isn’t jumping all over me about my interactions with tgg yesterday. He was convinced enough to vote me but not enough to play yomi with the night kill?
Incidentally, I knew tgg had a civ pr but had no idea which one.
I’m not sure whether someone else read that too or if they killed him to silence a talkative civilian like ac suggested.
Input names into list randomiser in order to avoid any personal bias claims. Plan sounds logical. Possible overlap from Day 1 investigation unimportant.
Unable to find consequential negatives in plan.
-Investigator’s personal target preference may not be in pool (inconsequential, investigator ignores personal preference and chooses only from own pool).
-Investigator may run out of targets in corresponding pool (due to death/investigation/etc). Not a con, means investigator has survived for long period of time, can pick from other pool.
-Once one investigator is dead, other can investigate any remaining targets freely after results are revealed in last gasp.
-If investigated confirmed Shifters + dead Shifters + dead investigator confirmed Shifters = 8 (including Lovers Shifter and Eren), role claim and reveal final Shifters.
-Preference on RNG having put Hange and Armin in their respective investigation pools to narrow investigation targets down by 1 each. Possible solution: Ask people to assign themselves to one of the two pools, ensuring Hange and Armin are put in theirs. Solution potentially puts Hange and Armin at too much risk, narrows Mafia hunt for Hange down by 50%. Solution deemed too high-risk for minimal reward.
Investigation Pools: Recommended course of action. Awaiting response/opinion from majority of thread.
I see nothing wrong with the lists that you’ve proposed Alpha but I’d have Fuzz make them (if he deems if necessary) just to remove any doubt that there’s been any tampering.
I personally think it was his word choice that got him in trouble, using things like " Before I’m killed tonight" and his focus on playing like he was terminal was like a sign that said shoot me.
Edit: Correction his quotable was
"I leave you to figure out whatever you can from my notes."
Well, when you’re someone like me, new to the game on top of mentioning previously that I don’t have any ability to actually read people (hence also why I said that my flailing around in the dark was an understatement), I figured that sort of thing was a given. Also why I said I didn’t feel that I’d be able to actually contribute much.
The no lynch vote was because I didn’t want to kill anyone without being 100% sure that they were guilty. I don’t do anything based on pure speculation if there’s a possibility of someone innocent being harmed (in this case, eliminated) in the process.
Now then, I’ve said my piece, back to this so-called “Wallflowering:”
@Fuzz - you said to skizzz something like who would you say is most civvy and if you say TGG, who would be next? Or something like that.
and about the lynch today/ kill at night…just making sure you understand that if you declare expedition today, it does not start until the next day.
I like BK/AC investigation plan.
for expedition groups, AC’s suggestion of groups sizes make sense. What I meant by mindfucking them is don’t tell us how you picked who goes in the solo groups.
I’m thinking Augustus is mafia at this point. Another day or so should either confirm this suspicion of mine or point me in another direction. The yomi he’s employing is strong, as well as the bait he’s been laying everywhere. Which he can get away with since it’s early in the game IMO.
JasonC is probably dormant or mafia, I’m leaning dormant though by the way he keeps laying bait. Maybe in an effort to live long enough to get recruited? The only way he dies at this point I feel is if we lynch him. He’s too good of a deflection target right now in case we get close enough to nailing one of the mafia power roles.
I think one of the best role readers is probably mafia. A vet. Auggy could be that reader. Ac or syn could be another. Its bad because they are valuable civ assets.
Its too bad black jesus isn’t here to save our souls, that dude always knows what to do
Anyhow I didn’t really vote on DG yet. But I would. Exodus is a good place to go too. I still like Forge as a noose victim too
