You’re correct, Martyr won’t stop a Vigi kill. I intended for it to stop any kind of kill but I messed up. The ruling will stay the same however, Vigilante kill will ignore Martyr protection.

Before he did that, was there anyone else being a major suspect, besides AC? We kinda defaulted to him, granted I wrote him up before that and don’t think he answered well on some key issues.
The problem I’ve been facing this phase is that there is a lot of conflicting information and people that have been confusing me.
I’m still trying to sort through the various civilian role claims, as well as the dichotomy of mafia slip ups/new players.
My thoughts on the role claim? It’s unlikely that 3SL is the real Vigi. Plus, with no Jester role his claim makes no sense. Likely, it was an attempt to get mafia to kill him.
The problem for me is that I do a lot better in these games when I have a lover that I can bounce my thoughts off.
So far there has been a lot of ‘noise’ and I think the mafia have been using it to their advantage.
I am curious about some of the players who have gotten extremely defensive over rather minor questioning.

Really I thought about what AC was saying yesterday and tried to make myself suspicious of him. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that people knowing who I am doesn’t put me in that much danger. I mean I only have one stock right now, and I can’t be enforced for more than one night at a time right?
Oh yeah, and it goes without saying that Goku doesn’t have to protect me if we have another competent member on our squad right? So whoever suggested that Goku protect me…tisk tisk.

3SL I still don’t follow your line of reasoning. Read back over my previous post on how the flow of this might go and tell me which one you think is more likely. You can be enforced each night.
@3rdSTRikeLOVE you only have 1 stock right now but, as more mafia die, your stock goes up. Even though you’re limited on kills, Civs getting another chance to kill someone we are soon to believe is mafia is still a good thing to have. A role is only as dangerous as it is played…
I agree with sad and I really hope that you’re Nail or a roleless civ 3SL (mafia would also be nice) because I can’t see what could be gained from a day one rc from the vigi except for unneeded confusion.
It’s hard to confirm who you are this early too unless the detective dies or steps forward(don’t do it) after he has investigated you. Or if there is a real vigi that can kill you tonight in which case you being Nail or civ would be really bad.
If you are pic/nail I really hope that you know what you are doing right now just sayian.
Also if we assume that 3SL is vigi or looks like he really is vigi tomorrow what should the medic do in this situation? Should he protect him for as long as possible until we are sure what to do with him?
Except two things, BK:
- Nail cannot target himself, so he can’t pull a Shinkuu Tatsumaki for his sacrifice.
- Nail’s target only affects mafia kills. If Nail’s target matches Piccolo’s it does nothing.
If 3SL were nail, he, and we in effect, gain nothing by a role claim in any way, shape or form.
Oh right forgot that it only triggers that way.
