Ki Shima, mafia could be replaced by the alternates, and nobody would know about it with his starting affiliation. Mafia themselves wouldn’t worry about it at that point, right? Vote out Ki Shima, their own player? And not get him replaced that way? Giving a stock to Vigi-collo?
Your day 1 read was fine on that hunch but think it through with the rules in place. Always running with those until it runs dry and nobody talks about it anymore. and still using it as a base of your operations, point of contention on why he’s a big fat stinkin mafia.
While i am ok with trimming the fat, i still feel that we also need to allow the players prove their worth, just because x player has behaved on y wan in past games it doesn’t mean that it will be always the case, remember that there are external factors that will affect how we play.
I already said this in the past, but i think that is needed to be said it again, we shouldn’t keep playing the beautiful elite game.
Some players get a free pass for how they behave while others behaving the same are quickly pointed out as dead weight.
Not really amusing, so much as informative. There’s already a ton to read through in this first day. Like most games, I feel it will pay off once we nail a mafia, and we can see who that mafia steered towards/away from.

Is not accessing srk at work a ‘problem’? The first part of your post I agree with, once we get one mafia it makes it easier to get the next n number of them based off previous interactions with each other.

@orochizoolander I’m curious about something you said last night about the vigilante and martyr not using their roles until their absolutely sure. Why wouldn’t the martyr just pick someone random at the very least? It would seem to be better than just sitting as it doesn’t hurt if he guesses wrong…literally nothing happens. I guess you could make an argument for the Vigi not to use his role night one, but I’m ALWAYS down for the Vigi to kill.
If that’s the case then the Martyr wouldn’t be able to effectively use his role without knowing the identity of someone first. I don’t see how that’s possible unless someone RC’s.
Also, hypothetically speaking of course, if I were to have one of the three said roles, and that role being known to the whole group without putting the other two in danger while still be dangerous to mafia…how big a deal would it be to role claim? I think I’m starting to see what AC was after yesterday.
