Feng, Steve, Raven, and Bryan Fury were the last best additions to Tekken’s cast. No one really fought like them. People say Bryan is Bruce’s successor but they fight way too differently for that. I actually support the idea of successor characters. It’s brilliant and keeps things fresh. Namco just ruined it by then bringing back everyone they took out. And once again ruined it with SCV with horrible successor characters.
So I watched Looper and I really enjoyed it because it equated yellow fever with child murderers.
That is a good, wholesome, socially responsible message I think.

Successor characters didn’t ruin SCV.
LACK of successor characters (i.e. no new Mina, Hwang, Rock, Talim, Zaz, lack of a decent SP Arcade Mode with endings, lack of unlockable multiple weapons per character, the complete and utter ruination of the series defining mechanic (guard impact), the continued gimping of the series’ secondary defining mechanic (8way movement) by way of various incarnations of G Step, and the utterly fucktarded inclusion of Super Moves, ruined it.

Just picked him up today. I love how they brought back some of Lili’s moves from DR while giving him some of his own. I’m now rocking the Lili/Sebastian and the Williams Sisters ensemble. Splendid.
So this time around I get a shit load of homework for my computer class, but then again I can get it done clearly and it’s actually not a lot of work. I’ll do it later so I’ll have nothing to do in class tomorrow but sit on a computer for an hour and forty-five minutes. Until then, I wonder what I could do for the next hour while I have the house to myself.

Define mid-range price for me. Personally, the new Squire Vintage jazz basses are pretty nice for the price. I think they stack up well to the more expensive Fender mexican made stuff. If you’re going the Schecter route, I’d look into the Diamond J series, or even the Stilleto Extreme. At one point I was considering buying the Extreme to turn into a tenor bass for giggles.
