I’ve had mealworms stir fried in egg and rice, shit was delicious. Mealworms and insects in general have like the greatest protein to fat ratio available in nature, that is why all these birds and shit eat so many bugs. How you think those robins in your yard fly so well eating worms? Those birds be getting mad swole from eating insects.
Any bodybuilder that isn’t on a strict diet of worms for their protein is just not trying hard enough, real talk.
Today I had an Apple Turnover for breakfast. For lunch a big Tupperware of Spaghetti with a totally loaded home made sauce and will probably do Pork Fajitas for dinner.
Yea Bugs are an amazing source of protein. I’ve eaten fried maggots before (In before another Lost Boys video). Used to work on a Maggot Farm when I lived in Tucson few years back. Easiest job I ever had for such good pay. Anyway they had a way of growing the maggots without using rotting food or meat to attract the flies. Was all very clean. Anyway owner once fried a bunch of em up and was asking if anyone wanted to try. I’ll try eating anything once so I gave it a shot. Not bad honestly.
this is just a temporary setback. my ex-azn gf would help me stock up my fridge with healthy shit and we’d cook together. i slipped into an emo phrase after the breakup but recently a chinese chick at mongolian grill has been hollering at me and i think ive got a shot. i’m a ask her out soon and if it works out, i’ll have a new azn gf planning out my meals once more!

That’s actually a really good question. I doubt things got better, because things were getting crazier every month, but I do wonder what he’s been up to lately.

I’ve witness this first hand, they would tie a dog on a rope & beat it up w/ 2x4…The owner was doing it & i see him crying while the dog kept whimpering…I guess he needed the money…I didn’t watch them cut it up but i saw how they cooked it…Something w/ boiling vinegar for a long ass time then theyy added some spices nsalt & then red chili & then they would fry it…
Anyway, dog is usually used for paluton a.k.a appetizers…Dog was served with San Miguel Beer/Red Horse or Gin & green unripe mango w/salt n red chili…
yeah, thats the story I would heard. Dog’s tied up, or caged, and beaten/poked with sticks, to make them produce adrenaline (makes the meat tougher or some shit).
