I’m giving everyone till the 17th of November to set their teams up. If everyone’s ready before then I’ll start early. You get one week to schedule a match date with your opponent and fight them. One match, and winners move on only.

I think depending on the success on the first tournament (which I won’t finish my team in time for) should evolve into maybe a biweekly thing depending on its initial success.

My definition of counter is anything that can revenge kill a swords dance Blaziken in one attack in that list.
Choice Scarf Ditto would also work. Why do people keep bring up baton pass sets? Blaziken is so easily killed, that the most it usually would get to pass is a speed boost, and that would make it a better version of Ninjask because Blaziken would only be left with Flare Blitz.
Blaziken is never even guaranteed the swords dance to begin with.
Niggas be like “Blaziken could come out of nowhere with a baton pass after swords dancing and protecting for the free boost” If I see those three moves used, it’s predictable.
I’ve used Blaziken even when Smogon banned him in tons of situations, and truth be told, he’s not that great.
If you want a baton pass set, use a Combusken with Eviolite lol
Everyone arguing for Blaziken to be banned is treating him like his number of moveslots is more than 4.
revenge killing is a bad counter since it means you already lost something, if the only way to stop something is to sacrifice something to it it’s probably OP.
