Um… Yeah…
Your best bet with that is a choice set and running Seed Bomb, Mach Punch, and coverage moves or just breeding another one.

Yeah, T-tar is the most reliable Stealth Rocker I can find right now. Sand works well for my team as well, and Hippowdon is a bitch since it’s good moves have to be either bred onto it (Slack Off, Whirlwind) or tutored from last gen (Stealth Rock).
Yea, I figured… Guess it won’t be too bad, considering shofu just released this:
(You might want to put this along with the other two tutorials I posted earlier in the OP, @Bious)
lol someone get a moody octy from my friendfari i guess
main reason i don’t feel like doing a Stealth rock tar is because i don’t have a defensive nature larvitar :V
I actually saw the exact same guide written out on Smogon and was wondering if I should’ve just linked that. Now I don’t have to!
What fossil did you pick? Tyrunt comes with Stealth Rock and I’m betting its in the same Egg Group as T-Tar, so you could use it to create a breeding chain.
I’ll be getting Amaura. I’ll be sure to breed a couple if anyone wants one. I’m just not at glittering cave just yet.
Defog now removes stealth rock and hazards on both sides of the field

O_O
I like this. I like this a lot. And I’m pretty sure it’s unable to be Ghost-blocked like Rapid Spin right?

It shouldn’t be ghost-blocked since it’s not an attacking move like Rapid Spin.

That’s what I figured. And Defog has a much larger learner pool than Rapid Spin ever had. Could this be the end of Hazard Relevancy?
I see Charizard might get a little more cozy with Defog Scizor…
Stealth Rocks will still be used quite a bit, but I see Spike and Toxic Spike teams taking a major hit. Too bad Defog isn’t a TM or HM anymore.
Oh my goodness… This Aegislash is owning my life!
Edit: GGs. I need to finish my team before I ever battle you again… That was complete and utter destruction on multiple levels
Alot of relevant flying pokemon learn this move, Gliscor and Skarmory included.
That means that entry hazards are way less relevant now, especially with Magic Bouncers in the mix that can learn defog(cough Xatu).
This isn’t the death of entry hazards, but they’ve take a big time hit.
EDIT: Well nevermind, a Xatu or Espeon can’t do anything about a Tyranitar setting up. Gliscor and Scarms will probably be the top tier defoggers.

Sorry! Azumarill and Aegislash were just finished training and I had to test them out for a bit. haha
While Aegislash is a big threat on its own, Ghost types in general became just as godlike as Dragon in terms of offense this gen.
So the noteworthy distribution of Defog is something like:
Articuno
Charizard
Scizor
Dragonite
Crobat
Aerodactyl
Zapdos
Moltres
Togekiss
Gliscor
Skarmory
Flygon
Salamence
Lati@s
Empoleon
Starraptor
Honckrow
Skuntank
Mandibuzz
And any Gen6 that learn the move.
Well…THIS practically eliminates stall as a viable playstyle.

Maybe…maybe not… I am not giving up stall yet. There’s more than one way to stall plus its not all bad
