5 more lbs to go y’all. Once I get to 175 I’m gonna start maintaining which mean I can slack on the diet A LITTLE.
Man forgive me my brethren, Easter… gonna have to go extra hard this week.
had to share
It’s been 2 weeks now that I’ve been on only water drinks. At first I was like “fuck I have to resist that coke” and at this point I’m “fuck i have to resist apple juice.” So I guess I’m getting used to it.
Boba milk tea brah!
I totally didn’t do well this weekend with my diet, too many temptations. Its gonna be raining most of this week so it doesn’t look like I’ll be running outside much this week at all (I’m not a big fan of indoor tracks). Ahh well hopefully I can manage no more slip ups for a while. I’m making plans to hit the gym every day after work.
Fuckit. I’ma buy Wii Fit so I can play videogames and exercise at the same time.
Maybe do some online workouts just to bide the time? They’re more interesting to say the least. I prefer the outdoors too, and when monsoon comes I try to keep up my fitness (what little there is of it) with some do-at-home workouts, normally by Fitness Blender.
Came across this, might find it helpful

I know most of you guys are kinda new to working out but you really have to get it in your head that youre going to work out and stay on track no matter what. When you go out to eat, look at the menu beforehand so that you know what you need to get and cook at home so you can pack your meals throughout the week. It really helps you to make better food choices. Getting in shape is mostly a mental thing guys. U just need to get your mind right for it and tell yourself that you’re gonna make some changes. I’m no working out guru or anything but im always around if anybody needs some extra motivation or just needs a little advice.
Here’s some motivation:

An entire pizza by yourself? And I thought I cheated when I ate one slice.

well
Spoiler
Chest 43.5 inches to 43 inches
arms 15.25 inches to 15 inches
waist from 43.5 to 43 inches
hips 43.5 inches to 42 inches
thighs stayed at 26 inches
A 43 inch waist? That sounds rough. I have a 32-33 inch waist and think that’s too much.
Waist is the region between belly button and your groing right? Eitehr way, I’m a size 36 in jeans. Used to be a emberasingly fat fuck size 40
@ElderGOD yeah man a whole one by myself. Pizza and twizzlers are my only two addictions and if I get my hands on either one, I’m going ham. I paid for that shit tho. I gained a pound and a half off that but it made me want to keep going with my diet because I was starting to get a little burned out.
#Thestruggleisreal…
im smashing a 20 piece wings with ranch when season 1 is over with as a treat… lol
I have been craving funnel cake as well for the longest
Do you guys count calories or just eat whatever the hell is in front of you. I rarely work out and am prone to ballooning up, but I just count what I’m eating/drinking and try to stay within a certain range. I still get to eat what I want but I don’t get stuck in my skinny jeans.
I try not to consume over 2300 calories a day and my meals are pretty boring for the most part. Cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, light taco salad for lunch, and grilled chicken w/ veggies and potatoes for dinner. I fit in some fruit or a clif bar in betwen meals and thats usually it for me.
That depends on your physical build and goals. Right now I’m at about 38 or so, but usually I am around 33-34 or so when I am in shape. You use your core for explosiveness, or a part of it. A weak or small core tremendously reduces that. If you are looking for a more slender build, like models and such, that’s usually smaller waist, especially for women. But for wrestlers or bodybuilders it’s usually a larger waist. Of course height also factors in.
A dude like Shaquille O’Neal for instance, I’d be surprised if his waist is smaller than 43.
Good thing we aren’t doing check ins on Sundays, besides myself, I’m sure a lot of people were out of town for Easter. I never cared to count the numbers in the foods I eat, but I try to keep myself in check with the food pyramid.
