For the check ins what exactly do we need to post up? For myself it feels like I’m not really losing weight because of the muscle gain going on at the same time.

Will also be at ncr sat and Sunday so I’ll try my best to post on time or early.

your not in the competition because you missed the sign up dates, since this is more trial and error based I kept the cap small. you can feel free work out with everyone on your own though its nothing personal

season 2 cap may be larger but for now I have to see how this one goes first but I try to give people a pass here are there but I do post up notices days in advance when I should not have too, I expect everyone to be accountable

I thought just posting stats was sufficient and then a before and after, but I’m cool with weekly pics I reckon. If dem’s da rules. I have a few trips coming up in the next couple months. If I give notice beforehand, can I post updates a day late if need be?

Edit: Just double checked the front page and it says only before and after pics are required for the contest. We need only post weekly updates letting everyone know how we’re doing.

I feel like i havent lost shit! Being on call at work is really getting in the way. Everytime i try to go workout i get called in to work :frowning:

Weather has been crap this last week, tried to make the best out of it and did some sets of sit ups and push ups. Didn’t last long before my body gave in.

I am not sure if i will be able to check in for sunday.

sighs well I guess if thats too much to ask then what about doing it that last day of each month, actually I think that will be work better for everyone but but be warned, NO EXCEPTIONS…no check -ins on the due dates is DQ then

so this means you have 3 dates to let everyone know how is it going: 4/30, 5/31. 6/30

This way would be better for practicality’s sake, but also because progress happens noticeably in that sort of time frame.

ZOMFG I just annihilated an XL pizza and that shit was better than sex. I can’t believe i went 7 weeks without it.

Almost forgot. -2 lbs. I was doing pretty good diet wise until Friday…

Yeah, I was down about 8 lbs from two weeks ago, but this weekend kinda fucked me up. Back to it tomorrow.

I swear, it really was easier to quit drinking than it is to stick to a diet.

welp, i’m not going by weight, since i don’t have one, but I am going on measurements. Will post em tomorrow morning.

did HIIT for the past 4 days, and ran a mile after that for only one day.

diet: i’ve reduced and minimized carbs in the morning since they make me feel lethargic and sleepy during the day, and they also make bloat the shit out of me (unless it’s rice). I figure it’s either weak alergy to carbs, or candida overgrowth in stomach. Either way, I’ve upped my intake of foods with probiotics found in foods since I don’t eat enough of those.

I’ve also, take a vitamin B complex supplement, vitamin D, multi-vitamin every other day and rotate the set I take. I also consume protein powder to minimize muscle with the amount of cardio I do and to maximize muscle growth with the plyometrics and limited lifting I do.

Also, not drinking coke unless I go out, or somebody buys it, which is not often. Replaced most drinks with water, and now I feel funny when I don’t consume enough water, although, I have to manage soduim and potassuim levels since I’m now drinking more water. Lunch is whatever at home with water.

did terrible this weekend, ate some bread and drunk some drink, smh I gotta make it up to since I didnt go to the gym either
