binging isnt a good idea. balance and control is key to a long term solution to health. what starts as a monthly binge can turn weekly and then can become the norm.
Lol I feel like one of the few who didn’t have a “last supper” this weekend.
I have a question for you guys, anyone else beside me have a bad habit of skipping breakfast? It’s a hassle getting out of bed in the morning and when I finally do I usually only have enough time to get ready and make it to the bus.
I tend to skip breakfast alot, but i want to get into the habit of not. Anyday i eat breakfast i feel better through out the day. I also usually eat less afterwards. I need to start forcing my self tro wake up earlier.
Weekend update… It was my bday yesterday, so i did some drinking saturday night! And i had my last ff meal last night. My biggest dilemma im facing is eating home cooked meals. My schedule is so tightly packed. By the time i get home is always around 8. And im trying to have my dinner around 6. So that ll something i have to work on…
If its not too late I’ll join up. Just got out of an almost 5 year relationship about a month and a half ago and been working out/going to the gym almost everyday for the last month. Really the only thing keeping me sane and helping me through it all. I’ll post up pics and stats later on.
Grilled some salmon on a cedar plank last night, with wild rice and asparagus on the side. Normally I’d smother that shit in butter, but I just used a nice rub on it instead. I’d also normally have white rice with butter instead of wild, and broccoli covered in shredded cheddar (and I mean a shit ton of cheddar). The salmon turned out so good I didn’t even miss the butter and cheese.
For lunch I just had a pouch of tuna in water, which wasn’t too bad because I doused it with Tapatio. I think this will be my lunch on the week days, but I’ll make sure to grab some fresh jalapenos to munch on with it. Got some nuts to munch on for a small snack later.
breakfast is GOAT of all time. studies show that people who eat breakfast tend to eat less.
[details=Spoiler]50 minuetes of HIIT, followed by a mile run
ate cereal and eggs and chorizo in the morning. ate a penaut butter sandwich for lunch, and ate some taco’s for later, and ate a small bowl of oatmeal for post workout[/details]
Damn moon last night. Was gonna go to sleep early cause I haven’t slept well past few nights but stayed up to check out the moon. Super tired today so it’s gonna be a cheat day. Had to grab an energy drink (my one food vice) and coffee and just grabbed a breakfast hot pocket cause I also woke up late. Didn’t get to hit the gym yesterday but did run 2 miles yesterday after work and will do the same today cause I most likely won’t be able to hit the gym today either.
This weather is screwball it rained and got a bit chilly yesterday so I couldn’t go to the park and walk so I had to put that on hold until Tuesday.
Now man I’m in worst shape than I thought, my original plan was to walk around the track for 5 laps and jog the next 5, most I could do was 4 laps and I pushed to finish the fourth one. In the end I stayed for an hour walking some more laps and did a full run in the end. I need to learn how to pace myself because I went into it full blast and paid for it.
Hit up the gym with my homie today for a power day. Great end to that bad start lol. Squats, dead lifts, leg extensions and then more squat kinda things (no clue what the machine is called) on the machine. Heavy weights to really push it. Probably feel it tomorrow. Took pics for my status/profile thing so I’ll put that up tomorrow.
Main goal is to just make better food choices here and there and work out every day and just see what happens.
