]sup SRK, I wanted to start a summer fitness challenge and this thread will be updated periodically, this is a challenge that will begin 8/1/2014 and end 10/1/2014 3 months for season 1 which is conditioning, signups are limited to decrease BS since this is for serious inquiries only. Whether you are looking to lose weight or gain muscle this thread is for you’ how this works is that you basically post a before and after pics in which all before pics are due the day before the challenge begins and one day after,
**Check-ins are due****last day of each month, actually I think that will be work better for everyone but but be warned, NO EXCEPTIONS…no check -ins on the due dates is DQ then
so this means you have 3 dates to let everyone know how is it going: 8/30, 9/31**. 10/30 Tips and advice discussions can be found in the weight lifting nutrition thread
*ONLY BEFORE AND AFTER PICS ARE REQUIRED, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO POST PICS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DURING CHECK IN TIME… JUST LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW IS IT GOING…IN ORDER TO VALIDATE PICTURES PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE WITH YOUR NAME AND AND AN APRIL 2014 DATE ON A PIECE OF PAPER IN THE PICTURE

**SEASON 1 HAS BEGUN - I would like to thank everyone who signed up for this event; I am not one for long speeches but all I can say is best of luck on your journey. If you commit yourself and stay focused nothing can stand in your way; 3 months is enough time to see a good size of change I believe.
