If these kids can do it, I don’t want to hear any excuses. Especially from @"Shadow Ace"‌

Cant believe nobody is riding this guy for posting a video of infants working up a sweat…

Fission Mailed. Only down 8 pounds total from the start. I was doing pretty good the first couple of months but fell hard.

I appreciate the honesty… I have dropped some myself but 60 pounds is too far a stretch for me for at least right now

bottom line is:

Food is Good

Contest ends on the 11th yeah? That gives us just shy of two weeks for CRUNCH TIME. I will do 1,000 crunches a day for the next 12 days.

today we check in right? oll post later

I didn’t get much done either. All I can say is that I gain 10 pounds (not fat) but didn’t lose any weight. I did, however, learn a bit about myself:

  • I can drop soda out of my diet like nothing
  • My intake of food is fine
  • Lack of exercise is keeping me from losing and/or gaining weight

With that said, I decided I will not return for season 2 (as someone else could use that spot more than me) but I’m not going to end it here. I’m going to continue to reach my goals, so I can be in a girl’s face like *“Check the pects. hoo ha hooah!” *.

I wasn’t officially in the contest and I only lost about 5 lbs myself. But I do feel worlds better, and I think I’ve added a whole bunch of muscle, and have more energy now so theoretically I can probably begin to really start pushing myself going forward. My goal is still to be in shape by September, maybe mid-September. I still have 2 entire months to do that, and losing 5 lbs a month of fat would get me at a decent enough spot.

So I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost, but I’ve lost several inches from the waist line. Not as much as I would like, but I did start getting defined triceps, and I increased my strength so that I’m not pathetic. I’ve also increased my VOX limit as well, so that’s the biggest upside to this. Something that helped a lot was start with HIIT, then incorporate weights into your HIIT, and then incorporate weight training into HIIT along with increased weights when doing standard HIIT.

I’ve started eating less way crap, and have removed most traces of grains from my diet. The occasianal cookies and multiple grain oat bread is to good to give up. I haven’t been as succesful with coke. Although I drink a lot less, it’s still enough to make me feel like it’s holding me back, so im going to make the extra push to limit the amount of coke I drink to 36 oz per week. I also have started to incorporate more vegetables into my diet for every meal and it’s almost a requirement for me, unless it’s steak and eggs.

I can fit in my Large shirts without feeling like fat pos, although I’m still one, and I went from 38 -> 36 jeans thus far.

As for what’s next, I need to balance my appetite because once the increased strength starts coming in.

Definitely gonna go for season two, and this one will be a push to start training for full functional strength and dropping the body fat percentage for proper appearance.

Nothing has really changed from my last post so, I’m sure I won’t be the winner this season!

unfortunately i am about the same weight but look noticeably thinner around my stomach and thicker around my chest. i’m still waiting to do a body fat percentage test in another two weeks to confirm my drop in fat. i’ve cut my calorie intake to around ~1800 per day. witholding from meats/poultry/dairy has helped a lot with my skin, which i really like.

you quit smoking, thats a massive victory all by itself man

Good job guys. I wish I stuck to my original plan but I dropped the ball in June. For the first couple weeks I stopped working out and eating right. I hate making excuses but I just had a lot of stress. I’ll be attending school at 6AM starting next week so I’ve been kinda shitting it on how my school, work, sleep, eat, and workout schedule will be arranged. I’m being optimistic and I want to continue working out.

A few changes I made for my workout is that I’ve incorporated some kettle bell routines after my bro gave me some. I also began to focus on increasing my shoulder and forearm size so I’ve been paying more attention to them by working them out more every other day. I’ve also dropped a size or two in the pants department, which is cool. I still got some fat in my torso area that I want to get rid of. I definitely want to kick it into 2nd gear once I get accustomed to my new daily routine. Pics and final results will come on the eleventh. Sign me up for season 2 already!

I PR’ed on Sunday on back squat. I weighed in at 174 lbs so that’s a delta of 6 lbs of muscles.

I look more or less the same. Not sure if another selfie will have another merit.

Yeah I kinda look the same too. My beard has grown more glorious, but my belly has virtually the same roundness as when I started. I’ll still post final results on the 11th though. Every day counts!

Several days ago I ate a chocolate wafer bar…that contained three fucking grams of trans fat.

For some people that’s like a death sentence. I slipped and forgot to check the nutrition facts.

  • Yes I’m aware that anything with partially hydrogenated oils contains trans fat even if it states that it has 0gs. Oh well.

Hahaha what is it with you and Coke? I can never give up soft drinks and coke happens to be my favorite, but I’m always able to control my cravings for sugary beverages. Most of the time.
But I’ve started stocking up on Diet Coke/Zero and it has made a pretty good difference in my junk habits; I drink regular coke once in a while. How do you like that stuff?

Fuuuuuk! Almost forgot about this. I’ll take my pics tomorrow. Basically I’ve been making my own food for the last week since I started going back to school. TBH I haven’t been working out these last few days. Between work and school, I don’t have that much time to work out anymore. My plan is to wake up 30 minutes earlier and get a few barbell exercises in. Anyway, if the scale in my bathroom is right, I weight 165 lbs and I think I look a bit thinner than when I started. I’ll post a pic tomorrow and make some comparisons.
