Anything still going on up here? I am up in NW Iowa area now.
Just a small gathering every Wednesday at 6:00. School year pretty much kills attendance, and none of the campuses seem to have dedicated fighting game groups that meet. The summer usually has a bit better attendance, but we’re really down to a dozen regulars is all at this point… with only half or so showing up regularly outside of the school year.
Will be running a local Tournament here in the next few weeks. I’m going to need some help with it though. Anyone interested?
Where are you planning on holding it, what’s the time frame, and what kind of help/gear/etc. did you need?
If I get a date in advance, I (and a friend) may be able to make it to participate. Definitely need to know beforehand, though, because of school.
If anyone is thinking about buying a joystick for the 360, I am looking to sell one. I have a Madcatz Arcade Fight stick. White with SF4 artwork. Since I purchased it used in June I replaced all the front 8 buttons and joystick with Sanwa parts. Works like a charm. If you are interested let me know.
I’ma need some TVs, Consoles of course. Playstation or xbox. Maybe some extra cords also. I still didn’t find a date but sometime before my Birthday I know that. Somewhere between 2pm to 6pm. Nothing like super big either. There’s a local Restaurant in town that I asked to do it and they said that they would love to do it at anytime. I wanna set it up at least a month in advance too. It would be pretty cool. I wanna try having things maybe once every 2 weeks too. Since you guys in Sioux falls are doing it every 2 weeks also. Do it the week you guys aren’t.
Alright, I can see what I can do when I get a better idea of when. 
When do you guys meet? I was thinking of bringing some friends over there sometime this month so we could try and plan it out. Something like once a month.
We’ll meet up again on December 21st at my place. Not sure what kind of turnout we’ll have so close to Christmas though.
Yeah. That’s cutting it really close there. I will have to see what we can do up here to get down there. I really wanna start going more often. Last time, I just experienced it but now I really wanna go.

Figured I start posting up some more information about meet-ups again. We’re having a get together on December 21st (Wednesday) at 6:00 pm and my place. PM me if you’re interested.
We have some guys that would probably do a few meet-up/tournaments in your area, but getting a heads up a bit sooner would probably get more pull from the guys up here - maybe like a week in advance. If you do things a bit earlier in the day too, it’s more likely some of us could and would show up. Just a heads up. Other than that, hope it goes well. Would love to have a few more players in the area to go up against.
I’ll repost it in our facebook group and see if there’s some interest.

When is the next one?
Next meet-up for Sioux Falls is on Wednesday, January 4th. Not sure who is in or out at this time though.
