Sony Playstation All Stars: Battle Royale Comment Thread

i’m really looking forward to trying fox, luigi, and I CAN’T BELIEVE SOLID SNAKE IS IN THE GAME!!!

wait a minute

Im looking forward to play with the most famous characters of Playstation like Sackboy, Ratchet & Clank, Toro, etc.

What i love so far about the game is the design of the stages, the Online matches, the characters and i want to kick my brother’s ass.

I´m looking for a game where I can mess around with my friends and have fun, but also one where I can play in a more serious tone.
I love that every character is represented in a unique way and how diverse is the playstyle of each one.

What im looking forward to the most is watching Nathan drake crap himself when he sees his rival Sweet tooth. Cause after all, Nathan is afraid of clowns.

What I love about the game so far, the move sets for all the characters and how similar they are to their source material.

As a former smasher myself, I like how this game is well played. I even enjoyed playing this game at EVO as well. The mechanics, the characters, and everything else I liked satisfied me. I’m looking forward to spend more time to play this game and find more tech in this one too.

I am a very young member of the Fighting Game Community, everything about me is young, but I have always had my own passion for video games (I was born in 1995). The principle of this game attracts the people that grew up with Sony, such as myself. Many people of this community often speak of how they grew up with Nintendo, some even mention remembering Pac-Man being the hip new craze. However, not me; my first game ever was Megaman Legends on the Playstation One. I then got introduced to Tekken 3 in which I remember often playing Hwoarang. I’m looking forward to see every character imaginable in Sony’s life be put in that game. My first console was a Playstation One and I remember waking up at 6:30 just to play myself that bit of Tekken 2 (with a chipped disc).

Many of the characters are memorable to me, Parappa the Rappa along with some new faces such as the Fat Princess. I remember playing a lot of Twisted Metal with my uncle which is why Sweettooth is a memorable character for me as well. This all-star cast is one I can relate to. Many of these characters are characters that I’ve played with during my childhood years. I look forward to connecting with the all-star cast, something that I couldn’t do with the Super-Smash-Bros cast (I really only knew Pikachu! and some of the Mario characters of course!).

I look forward to this game being competitive with a twist in fighting mechanics. It is by no means a traditional fighting game which means I can learn with my friends who aren’t fighting game aficionados. I look forward to attempt to use this game with its all-star cast to lure my high school friends to playing the game with me and learning the fighting game mechanics. They might branch out to the fighting game community as friends are always willing.

To me, the mechanics right now look unique and I’m impressed that they can integrate a brawling system while still trying to maintain the competitive aspect of the game. I never thought of Smash as a fighter, just as a party game that was forced to be a fighter. That’s something I can play with friends, but it is nothing more than a free for all. This game looks like a free for all that integrates party game features along with the aspects of traditional competitive fighters, something the game tries to achieve with Seth Killian behind it!

I love how this game shows the depth of Sony Playstation’s roster of franchises that they can dig up to use for this game. I’m looking forward to the game drawing in gaming friends that don’t have the same genre preferences that I do. Gotta give them props to go ahead with this game despite knowing everyone will be saying that it’s a clone of SSB. I think that this will encourage them to innovate to stay competitive.

The idea that Ratchet will finally be able to shoot Jak in the face makes me one of the happiest fans in Sony history. The fighting engine shows promise and hopefully the addition of veteran fighting game players will help make it even better. I’m really liking the art styles so far. (I’m also one of 15 people that actually liked “New Cole”)

I SHOULD BE THE LAST TO WIN. , WHY CAUSE I NEVER PLAYED THE GAME SO , BETA TESTING SHOULD BE PERFECT
WAY OF SAYIN !!!WINNER !!!
And I just signed up to ur form thx again Tallymoe , ps3 lover

I am looking foreword to so many things about this game. I really want to explore the combo system extensively. I played every version of super smash bros compatibly and I have found a lot of technology for each version that people used in tournaments and it made me feel proud to have found that information. So I’m hoping if the game has a smash feel to it my history in that style of fighting game will give me a stronger foundation to start off of.
I really want to see how the worlds look and interact with the players.

I want to see how crisp everything looks. I really want to see how each character plays and how they differ from each other.I am really interested to see how slycooper and heihachi differ from each other and what their take on the games combo engine is. I really want to know how the games engine works for that matter. I want to help find information to help build a solid foundation for a community for this game, with all the information I would find. It’s always been a personal joy of mine to help teach others things I learn when I play games.

There are also a lot of things I am loving about the game so far. I absolutely love the character roster so far. I love every character so far and I am extremely excited to figure out how each of the characters play and how different they play from each other. The levels look amazing. They all seem to be really well thought out from what I can see in the trailers I have watched. I am also extremely excited simply knowing who is all involved with the development in the game. Also the fact that the game will be available for the vita is mind blowing to me. I already know the vita is probably the best hand held devise on the market. But the fact the vita is capable is playing games like Ps All Stars is huge to me. It gives the players the option for training on the go and for me personally that is gift from the gods.

I’m looking forward to character variety and uniqueness, and I love that so far the game looks very fun to play. Here’s to not getting let down about those things.

After seeing rumors about this game, I’ve always been interested in getting down and dirty to a new kind of fighter like this.

I’d give feedback and everything needed to make sure this game ends up in tip top shape.

I’m looking forward to play this game cause I know it’s not smash just similar. So many people bashing on it making it sound like a clone when it’s not. No one would ever call street fighter and king of fighters a clone, but they both are 2D games with hados and shoryuken type moves.

What I’m looking forward to the most is the characters, there’s a mix of nostalgia and fresh all mashed up nicely so far. Just wanna get my hands on the game and beat stuff up.

I am looking forward to breaking the game and abusing its system.

No, honestly. I think I am (one of) the game’s biggest critics right now, and I would be happy to be proven wrong.

What i really lloking forward with this amazing game is to enjoy hours and hours with not only the Playstation community but also my friends making a party remembering not only a game like Smash Brothers but also with the playstation characters. The stages are also spectacular to enjoy this battles. I can’t wait to buy this superb game.

Love the current cast of characters as these choices really seem diverse and unique. The game is looking pretty awesome, so im looking forward to getting my hands on it and taking advantage of the mechanics to try and find cooky crazy combos with these famous character dudes. Looking to explore the competitive aspect of the game, as some well known gamers are behind the project. Can’t wait to try it out!

Really looking forward to, and loving, the diversity of the characters and stages. Can’t wait to see what Sony does next.

Honestly, I’ve been a Playstation fan since I was about 4 years old so seeing all of my favorite characters in one fighting game is really rad. I’d like to see how the game differentiates itself from Smash Bros and would like to see if the game can withstand the test of time. Basically, I KNOW I’ll be playing the game in October, but will I be playing it two or three Octobers from now? To me, that’s the more important question. Either way, I’M TOTALLY PSYCHED.

I´m looking forward to explore the differents playstyles and movesets that every character will have, and they seem really unique for each one of them.
I´ve grown with Playstation consoles and I love the fact that this game is a tribute to all the history of Playstation and their iconic characters and franchises.

You should just give me a beta code because I’m awesome and I fuck dolphins.

Seriously, I always like Smash Brothers and wish Sony could have a game like that and now that that they do, I’m hype. Also, MGS4 Raiden and Parappa the Rapper are what I’m most anticipating.
