Damn, that might be true lol. I can’t think of another assist that could extend that combo like Jam Session could.
it sucks that we’ll have to wait until next friday for the next batch of tournament videos from gamespot. I didn’t really pay too much attention to it, but apparently everyone at the event remembers that i pulled off a 117 hit combo with dante in the finals.
Damn, I need to see that. Think you could tell us the gist how you did it? I’ll even add it to the combos section on the first post and call it the Luvcheez combo, lol.
I think it was just the brea combo in the corner with KFC, super, then DHC into deadpool gun super
it was 2.a 5.b 2.b 5.c > stinger > million stab > air charge shot > prop shredder > super jump > sky dance > reverb shock > fireworks > million dollars > KFC > million dollars > DHC into happy happy trigger.
I could of added jet stream and maybe fireworks after the KFC, but i didn’t want to risk hit stun decay screwing it up.

i forgot to include the launcher after million stab. My bad, it should be million stab > launcher in that combo.

Oh is it? I’m gonna admit, I’m not too well versed on all the MAHVEL lingo, I assumed “Fast Fly” was simply activation Flight during an air combo. My bad.
just to let you know, on the front page, the combo right now is still not quite right. It should be million stab > launcher > air charge shot (mash C after launcher) then prop shredder (mash S).

I’m not sure if brea and isedelica are the same person or not. you should probably list them both just to be sure. If gamespot posts the video of me doing that combo, you should definitely link to it to give people a visual idea of it.

No. You’re thinking of unfly which was trigger by a glitch. In this game there seems to be a perma unfly state after flight mode ends.
Fast fly is triggering flight mode and canceling the activation frames into a normal to extend combos in mvc2. In mvc2, there were frames where you could not do anything after activating flight mode, so you would hold a direction after activating it and then use a normal to bypass this. Whether you have to hold a direction or if you can simply cancel the frames where you can’t do anything with a normal is unknown at this point. We’ve already seen some characters with flight mode use fast fly combos(Iron Man, Phoenix, Sentinel) so it’s very likely anyone with a flight mode has access to them.
No I don’t think fastfly was a glitch, seeing as how sentinel performed a fastfly combo in his marvel 3 announcement trailer(or at least something that looked like a fastfly combo).

Fast Fly was a glitch too. Though some characters had flight animations short enough to just attack afterward, characters like Sentinel had to cancel the flight startup by moving to be able to link normals afterward. Canceling the fly animation by quickly moving during it is the glitch.
In MvC3 they seemed to just make flight cancelable by normals. This can be seen in the Sent trailer, when Sent fly combos without moving. That’s not a glitch, and has no execution bar. Technically MvC3 doesn’t have or need fast fly.
