Anyways about confidence. When people talk about that, what they really mean is projecting a certain type of energy that others can relate to. In the case of females this would be what is known as Yang energy. As you should know Yang is the male energy of the universe as opposed to Yin which is the more female oriented energy. We all have both of these, but most men have more a lot more Yang general. Yang is a dominant force unlike Yin which is easy to yield.
So it’s natural for someone with more Yang energy to attract those of Yin since they in essence fill in the void so to speak that is created from that collapse or yielding. This basic energy is why you see relationships work the way they do. You almost never see two Yang energies together because the oppose one another. Even in homosexual relationships someone plays the part of the Yin. Even two Yin energies can be compatible since they both will yield to each other.
Anyways in order to project this Yang energy you have to first be aware of it. Since it is actually already a natural part of you the best thing you can do is just learn to center yourself or balance out your natural energy and safe guard it against outside or internal mental influences. Just being or just doing like people tend to say won’t really work if you can’t help but allow your energy to be thrown around from all these factors that we face on a daily basis, let alone be thrust into a position that you are not accustom to or familiar with.

Probably. I think one main reason they are not having actual intercourse is money. Kids are expensive to take care of in this materialistic world and especially Japan for that matter. Their culture also has strict rules when it comes to social interaction that makes it hard for anyone to hook up with anybody. Their codes of conduct makes relating with others a hard ass chore.
