No matter how long it takes, I will not rest and I will make sure our community does not slow down, we will keep fighting. We have already proven that SkullGirls means god damn business, now we intend to prove it by winning. My heart burns with the desire to win, and even though it seems like I’m being obsessive, it’s because I intend to continue supporting SkullGirls till the end.
Although I can’t do much outside the internet, due to my damn job, but if the internet is all I got…then so be it…
I’ve completed Part 2 of Operation Internet Juggernaut, only time will tell if it works or not. Hopefully my passion and drive will get through…
Damn, Bronies are still fighting for the additional $1000, mlp has now $4132. I am not supporting SG @ Evo, but I know I don’t want MLP to get that additional $1000 pot bonus, show them what you got
Technically she copies more than 7 since in her level 3 she copies non playable characters like Umbrella, Squigly, and Ms Victoria. There may be more but I dont remember.
Also are we counting her nun-boobs and post-transformation boobs as separate boobs?
EDIT:
Take this!
My love, my anger, and ALL OF MY MONIES!
I haven’t posted on this forum in forever, but I wanted to pop in and say how inspiring it is to see people still supporting Skullgirls. I really can’t believe the game is in 2nd, but I’m so happy to see it! Let’s keep this train rolling, Skullgirls for EVO2013!!!
Currently working on that support video, when I do finally release it, be sure to spread it everywhere AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE. TWITTER, FACEBOOK, TUMBLR, WHATEVER I DON’T CARE! WE NEED TO GET OUR VOICE HEARD, SKULLGIRLS NEEDS TO BE HEARD!
I’m a Melee player and I’ll of course be donating toward that, but I’ll be happy if either of us win the nomination. Cancer is terrible and I’ve lost too many people to it, and this donation war is contributing to finding a cure. I’m really hyped to go to EVO if Melee gets in, and I’d like to enter AE as well. I know several of you feel the same way about Skullgirls, too; its inclusion will make or break your decision to go to the biggest fighting game tournament this year. I wish you guys luck and to remember that we’re all in the same boat here. Donate for what you’re passionate about, do what you can. At the end of the day (or month…) one of our games will be going to EVO and more importantly thousands of dollars will have been donated toward a great cause.
It doesn’t matter if SkullGirls wins or loses, I will still be going to evo anyway because everyone would think I’m a fucking dumbass if I don’t. Besides, I will still be victorious over most of you bitches cause I get to go to evo for FREE (Lives in VEGAS). Nah I’m kidding, didn’t mean to sound like a douchebag.
The point is, if either wins, that’s fine. At this point I’ll keep fighting till this is over, and even if we lose, at least I finally accomplished the goal that I’ve always wanted all my 18 years of living, for people actually acknowledge that I have finally done something important. What I’ve done, even though it was melodramatic as hell, has probably forged new thoughts about the SkullGirls community into other communities minds. I have proven that even behind a computer screen, that I can still fight no matter what and continue to support a game that really needs it.
Even if we don’t win, I want to meet most of you smash players in person at Evo, and I want to shake your hands…if that’s alright with you lol
Anyway, thank you for the kind words Strong Bad.
Lets keep on fighting SkullGirls community!
**Edit: And plus, this is to help the fight against breast cancer, so at least we won’t totally lose. **
Thats the whole reason I am still supporting Fighting Is Magic. It will be at Evo either way and thats nice, but I want that pot bonus in Fighting Is Magic’s favor. Soooo much money…cancer won’t stand a chance
I’m wondering if I should ask my mom to do that. She has actually been cheering for our community to win and she is so proud that I’m helping not only a community keep it’s moral, but also helping out a great cause.
